“Awesome buying experience with Misty at the Crystal River Mattress Firm store. Very impressed with Misty's mattress, sleep, and everything else involved in buying a bed after 60. In and out buying experience within 1 hour with 2 top of the line Tempur Pro Breeze twin mattresses and a Ease adjustable bed frame with new pillows. We had no intention of buying today but Misty made buying today as good as any other day. Thanks Misty! You rock!”

“Okay so it's been past 30 days going into like 60 I just wanted to give a review on the mattress that we purchased and the service and the delivery well I give five stars to everything at this particular point in time I have nothing to complain about everything that we talked about everything I asked for I got everybody seems to be sleeping really well on this bed we even went as far to order stain remover that they recommended from Amazon just in case even though we were given a free mattress pad you still have to protect so far we are completely satisfied the buying experience was so easy I can't even believe it I was on my way to Brooksville when I just said you know and I'm stopping in here and I'm glad I did so here's a big shout out thank you so much really appreciate all your help and so far so good the mattress is excellent. So by local and buy from the store thank you and remember you have to give the mattress time to settle take care of it as instructed and I don't think you're going to have a problem with it I'm extremely picky and I can't believe that I'm giving these guys such a good review”

“My husband and I just bought a new house in December. We were extremely Happy with our buying Experience. We happened to stop in and look around at the Inverness Location. We were greeted by Sales Associate John. He was very pleasant, he was very down to earth and happy to help. He knew that we were just looking around on our first trip to the store. We told him that we were in the process of buying a house and we were looking to furnish the whole house once the sale was complete. He had the patience of a saint. He listened to our ideas and was happy to shared his expertise on pieces that he felt might be what we were looking for. When it came down to purchasing day he spent hours going through our order peice by peice to ensure our order was correct. He was very thorough and made this experience such a stress free experience. Delivery day came and a VIP Truck showed up with the two of the hardest working delivery crew we had ever seen. They put everything together and made sure we were satified with everything. I would recommend this location an this team to anyone looking to buy furniture. They truely are a dream team to work with. We love our furniture & we loved our experience. We couldn't think John and his team enough for making this such a positive experience during one of the most stressful times.”

For items not in the store, there is a convenient and detailed online description, or you can choose to travel to a store that has your item in stock for viewing. We dealt with Kim and Karen and both ladies were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We're looking forward to delivery of our furniture.”

“We were looking for a new comfortable patio set that would last. Because of COVID we hadn't been a store for almost two years at that point. We were greeted warmly and taken care of. We got a beautiful set (for more money than we wanted to spend but worth every penny. The only downside was the months-long wait for it to arrive. I will use them for all my furniture purchases going forward.”
