I was in the middle of the pandemic looking for furniture and the sales team there is excellent and helpful especially Elona. Elona went above and beyond and her taste and was right on for me. She came to my home and measured and made suggestions that I really appreciated and I would rate her 5 stars.However some of the items I purchased off the floor were not returnable and I felt they should have been considering they were still carrying the line. The lanai furniture after a few months just turned out to be extremely uncomfortable.The other problem was that the Bassett Island House line had quality issues. The nightstands and tables were flaking their veneer off. We ended up salvaging the table with a really nice finish as my husband is handy but they were not helpful at all with Bassett. I also tried going direct to Bassett - but they want you to go through the store where it was purchased.So buyer beware and make sure what you buy is returnable - so decide quickly. My mistake was trying to make some things work that just didn't.

I purchased a office desk set, a dining set and a bench. I got plenty of attention in the show room and was okay with the prices. The delivery people where very nice and accommodating. There was a bit of discoloration on the desk but they took it back had it repaired very nicely and returned the desk a few days later. I really like this store and plan to buy again

We bought all of our furniture at Smart Interiors in Lecanto with the help of Elona. I'm more then happy with everything we purchased and the service. I highly recommend ❤

High price junk is all this furniture is. I have had my furniture for two year and it’s all falling apart. From my bedroom set to my kitchen table . I would not recommend there product. I won’t ever be going back .

Excellent quality and even better customer service. After much consultation I bought dining room and (what I consider to be) very expensive leather living room furniture. I had a problem with it and my sales rep, Janine, was on it. She didn’t let go until I was perfectly satisfied. I would go back to Smart Interiors in a heartbeat. Be sure to ask for Janine!

Great store. Most furniture stores have such similar products, just arranged differently with different colors. This store is not like them at all. Unique furniture which is customizable and upscale. Competitive pricing and reasonable delivery cost. Very helpful staff that allow you r to browse without having someone continually watching. Very refreshing. Ask for Janine, she is fantastic.

Melissa is an outstanding designer. I bought great room furniture and rugs and later a dining room set. It all looks super in the house. Great quality and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
