The customer service has been top notch! Lisa has always been very helpful in the time that I have kept my storage. The property has always been kept up and I have never been unable to access my unit. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage, in Lecanto!

The staff is always friendly and ensures the facility is safe and clean. I've rented climate controlled space here for years and have recommended StoreRight in Lecanto to friends several times. In comparison to other storage facilities in the area, this is the Best of the Best. Kudos to the wonderful staff for always ensuring the facility is well maintained.

The only complaint i have with this storage place is that rain got into unit at door opening at its side. I had water stains on antique lamp. Also rust on bottom of tool boxes in center of unit.

So far Extra Space has been a great experience this will be our 2nd unit at another location Extra Space has great customer service and all of there units are clean and well maintained I would not consider any other storage company since there quality and cleanliness is so superior.

My experience is unbelievable I never been in a storage that they really care about you the way they do it here, the service and maintenance is excellent, there's always somebody to take care, whatever you need they always for you no matter what , excellent teamwork.excellent job !!!!💯👍

This was a decent storage unit, its kept pretty clean and staff is always helpful when needed. I just think in dealing with a few different companies it is expensive for a climate controlled unit, actually all units throughout the county offer a discount and then jack the rent up two to three times a year. All of the storage companies around here all need to stop price gouging. They all are guilty of it.
