My review is specifically for Bubba, who was extremely polite & my missing wallet was delivered within 20 minutes of my talking with him. In a time where there is little to no customer service left, he restored some faith. Thank you, Bubba!

Who in earth hires these people customer service was terrible such an unfriendly lady at the counter. I ended up driving to another post office and it was a fast pleasant experience

Can't reach them to let them know their carriers are incompetent. Over two years of other people's mail.
Neighbor is kind enough to take from his box and deliver to mine.
What a nice non-governmental person.
What a waste of our money.

went there to drop off 3 (quite large) packages , & about 5 christmas cards already enveloped and stamped . waited about 45 minutes which resulted in my fingers as well as my hand going numb .. which i expected , what i did NOT expect was for people who still needed to be checked out who were told they needed different packaging/envelopes to be allowed to cut the line … as im NEXT in line after waiting almost an hour a gentleman from the back of the line was called up to be be helped and proceeded to ask various questions to the worker about different stamps and other things of that nature , which yes is acceptable if there is not 20 people standing in line behind you … once i got up to the counter the lady was straight up rude about the fact that i didnt know you had to write the return address on large boxes ( in the past ive never had to coming from up north) she proceeded to check all my packages out without asking me if i wanted various kinds of shipping or any protection and abruptly told me my total and told me to insert my card and have a nice day. her coworker next to her was being SO respectful to her guests going through each step of the process and even getting compliments about her customer service . i am not happy with how my hour was spent in this post office .

My wife and I haven't been in a post office branch in years. The two clerk's at the Lecanto, FL. Location were polite, friendly and professional. It's nice to know customer service still exists.
