went there to drop off 3 (quite large) packages , & about 5 christmas cards already enveloped and stamped . waited about 45 minutes which resulted in my fingers as well as my hand going numb .. which i expected , what i did NOT expect was for people who still needed to be checked out who were told they needed different packaging/envelopes to be allowed to cut the line … as im NEXT in line after waiting almost an hour a gentleman from the back of the line was called up to be be helped and proceeded to ask various questions to the worker about different stamps and other things of that nature , which yes is acceptable if there is not 20 people standing in line behind you … once i got up to the counter the lady was straight up rude about the fact that i didnt know you had to write the return address on large boxes ( in the past ive never had to coming from up north) she proceeded to check all my packages out without asking me if i wanted various kinds of shipping or any protection and abruptly told me my total and told me to insert my card and have a nice day. her coworker next to her was being SO respectful to her guests going through each step of the process and even getting compliments about her customer service . i am not happy with how my hour was spent in this post office .

My wife and I haven't been in a post office branch in years. The two clerk's at the Lecanto, FL. Location were polite, friendly and professional. It's nice to know customer service still exists.

I don't think they no what they are doing there ,when I get a package from PA they should deliver it here but they send it to Miami what are they doing can they not read !!!! Something is really wrong with the postal service! Lately it's been horrible to get my packages and yet they all want more money ,Wow unbelievable, just had to share my thoughts till my box gets here everything will be melted for sure !! They play around to much .

I have moved my mailbox to the correct place but still have not received my mail. I was in the hospital the last 2 months and they returned my mail without notice. This office is not very capable.

It is very difficult to believe that neither Beverly Hills OR Lecanto Post office have any Christmas Stamps. It's not like you didn't know Christmas was coming.

Very kind and patient gentleman at the front. Inside clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. The gal that does the PO Boxes knew my number off the top of her head 2 weeks after I ordered it online, before I got my key, never meeting me just by telling her my last name. That is one heck of a memory for sure! Always a great experience at our local USPS office.

I’ve been using this Post Office location for many years now, and it’s currently the location that I frequent the most for my PO Box. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful with returns and shipments. The building is in some serious need of help as it’s not been updated since construction. This is nothing the workers can do; our federal government needs to produce the funding.
