Lately we've had packages not being delivered that says there was either no secure place to deliver or some other excuse. They can deliver to home but they don't always...instead put a message as they couldn't deliver. Or at customer request to leave package at post office (not true)...(seems like a CYA note). I've been trying to get a $250+ dollar package for 4 days now. Keep putting on truck to deliver and it doesn't get delivered. Couldn't get from Post Office and they don't answer phones. Not everyone can jump in their car to go retrieve packages that post office should be delivering!

Used to be fantastic. Always received all of my packages and they were always on-time. Lately things have gotten worse. Several packages marked "Delivered" in the last few months that either never arrived or came days later. In-person service is still excellent though.

When we lived near Lee they would never deliver packages to our house. Since moving and updating the postal service with our new address, no packages have been forwarded to the new address (8 miles away) and we have to track them down to pick them up here which is barely possible since they're only open while we're at work. I wish they had a direct number to call but it's just the 1-800 ON HOLD for an hour customer "service" number.
