Big thanks to Sam that deals with the propane tanks. I brought one back I had purchased there a few months back that had a malfunctioning valve and he replaced it and gave us a fill up making us whole with no questions asked! Thanks Sam and Ace!

Purchased ACE Sun & Shade Grass Seed and followed instructions on package. Not one grass seed sprouted out of an entire bag. Inquired back at sales desk at ACE South Leesburg Store regarding guaranteed germination stated on package. Lady told me ACE does not refund products that I had to contact marketing/provider. Told her according to label it was ACE Hardware that was the MFG’s/provider of the seed, there was no other entity listed on the package.
BE ADVISED; DO NOT BUY ACE GRASS SEED!!!

Excellent customer service by all associates! We had an issue with our RV as we headed back to Wisconsin. The store personnel helped us find and purchase the correct tools and materials to fix our issue, in a fast, friendly, and courteous manner. That helped us get back on the road faster. Bad service. Mechanic and female manager are unprofessional and lack accountability. Female manager was always trying to get personal with me and I literally was just trying to buy chainsaw equipment. Tighten up y’all’s staff asap.
