Horrible customer service and care. around noon today, we Stopped by to get oil. Two employees outside taking a smoke , never greeted me on the way into store. Got inside no one available. Noone at register or inside and the two posted up on wall outside never came inside. So I made my way back outside into my car. If businesses don't care about you as a customer, show them your absence. Too much competition around. O'Reilly's is always helpful. And a sound business model

I had been having reoccurring issues with my car batteryJan was the technician that helped me today and he went above and beyond for my family!I am very thankful that they were open after the storm; but also thankful for his patience with me and my 4 year old running circles around us.There were some other employees there and they were ALL in good spirits; I just didn’t happen to catch their names.Attitude matters!

With the recent extreme heat here in Florida, my car decided not to start. I was fearing it was a starter or something terrible. I went to my local Advanced Auto Parts where I was instantly greeted by Joe. He didn't hesitate to help me!! We went out to my car and he did his thing!! Turns out it was my battery and turns out it was under warranty. He didn't hesitate to change it and the weight off my shoulders was tremendous!! Turns out Joe was the store manager and that makes sense. I was so impressed, that I went out of my way to come see him again and get a battery for my wife's car. Thank you again Joe!!
