The facility is convenient and well laid out with easy access. But I don't like the fact that you can't access the storage after 5:00 p.m. or on Sundays. I must say customer service is excellent.

I love that it is literally next to my college, and if you especially need your college property moved into a storage unit, guess what?! You are in luck!! They are happy to store important belongings, especially stuff you cannot bring home, into a nice and large storage unit!

They are top-notch! The staff is extremely helpful, the facility is spotless and secure, and they have a wide range of unit sizes. Access is convenient, and the pricing is excellent. Highly recommend!

Very simple and easy to set up. Move in process was easy as well. Use of the freight elevator really helped getting everything to the second floor.

We have been pleased with the facility. At first I was reserved because our storage was on second floor, but the elevator works fine, so the indoor facility has worked well to store our things while renovating our house. on line account works well for rent/autopay.

It’s pretty awesome to have a storage unit here but I will say I have the unit on the 2 nd floor and there’s leaking of the roof my comforters and shoe boxes got wet and all messed up ,but I guess can’t complain too much we have lost more in life .

The people who work there are always really nice and the prices for the storage I have are manageable as well. I do like that they automatically give you insurance for the storage unit if you don’t have it already. Of course there is a charge but it is only $11 so not bad at all.
