I had them put a textured floor down on my new birdcage out back. The actual workmanship was ok . But their customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not follow up on any issues, never return phone calls and do not follow up to fix issues with the job. The owner himself Shannon, will not take calls, misses meetings and does absolutely no follow up. Stay clear! I gave them so many warnings and opportunities to remedy our situation before I gave a true review. Still, promises not kept, meetings missed and calls not returned. Stay clear

We had our garage floor painted there are already holes in the paint. I called and text pictures of the horrible job that was done not one response. Would definitely not recommend this company The sales people are horrible at responding to you. Once they got our money they wanted nothing to do with us. Their employees were drinking in my driveway. Please please do not use this company

Our driveway starting cracking just a few months after it was completed. I have been calling for months and NO ONE calls you back and now I have a driveway that looks horrible . I feel my elderly mother has been taken advantage of and ignored.Service: Driveway installation

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service. Driveway and sidewalk started chipping the day after they completed the refinishing. I have tried calling and no reply, I even went by there office, it’s a warehouse no office. I cannot recommend this company.Services: Concrete driveway building

New Update.After drying the paint they used did not match. This whole experience has been very disappointing. Preston had our design approved by the management before signing the contract. When they started the driveway and were making the design I told Preston what they were doing was not my design, and showed him the approved email and picture. Preston told me I had to be flexible. What I got was nothing like the photo I sent to them. They never reduced the cost for the major difference. See pictures below. What I wanted was the one with the rounded corners. The letters on the Compass were taped in and had squares corners. And the squares we got are twice the size of what were on the picture.Update they were here today and made the repairs to the foot prints and cracks in the coating. They left Some paint if we have any chipping.I ended up with foot prints in the sealer when Preston walked on it before the sealer was totally dry. And less than 30 days I had chips out of it also. We’ve called sent emails and can’t get anybody to come out and take a look at the issues we have. Sent another email today in hopes maybe we might get lucky and somebody will care.

Not saying don't use this company as the driveway does look good. But there was a severe lack of communication and I had a hard time getting calls returned. They showed up a week later than scheduled (with no call), they left me with a broken planter, LOTS of concrete dust (they had to grind the old paint off) on grass, patio and lanai, speckled bushes on each side of the walkway (they didn't cover while splatter painting), paint on the walkway edging, paint on the front of the house, and moved hoses they didn't put back until asked. So just be aware and go into it with open eyes. As stated at the beginning, the driveway does look good and hopefully it will hold up as promised.Service: Concrete driveway building

Had them do our garage and lanai in 2014. Beautiful work. Moved to a new house didn't even get a call back. Next door neighbor in our new house are using them. Good for them..Except neighbor not here and turned their water off. Wanted to use ours to powerwash.NOT.

We had Artisticrete stencil texture marbled our porch, walkway and driveway in 10/2007. We had them back in 10/2012 to clean and recoat. Now it is 05/2021 . We just had them clean, repair and recoat everything again. The crew was personable and did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with this company. They have made our Ordinary Concrete a work of art. We always get compliments one how it adds to the beauty of our property. On top of that it is a Joy to sit on our front porch and admire the floor. The products they use is very Durable.

I too would give this company a 0 if available. Had our walkway n front stoop painted n sealed to match existing painted driveway. Wasn't expecting an exact match but SHANE said.."not to worry we are artists we'll get it exact!" Not even close! But my bigger complaint is.. after a couple days we noticed alot of areas had raised rough paint areas and when we walked on it the paint pops off and leaves white dots ...very noticeable and continuing to happen. I called and left message to get someone in authority to come over and take a look. Never heard back so called again n was told someone will get back to me. No call. Called couple days later called again..left message. No response. That was about a month ago.I suggest not to consider this company.
