“My Wife and I Stopped in at Jenkins Honda of Leesburg Sunday Dec. 7th to look at Honda’s,We were thinking of trading my 2019 Civic Ex for a new one! We didn’t know they were open and was just looking at new cars.We went to the door to see if they were open and met John Harbaugh Coming out to help us,We discussed trade value and John took us in to have a seat.As we were walking in we saw the HRV and liked that is was much easier for us to get in and out of! I forgot to mention that I had met John weeks earlier while getting my civic serviced and had told him I would be back to see him and was glad to see him open the door for us.I have to say John and the whole Jenkins team treated us like family and worked hard to get us in a new vehicle at an affordable price! Here we go… I have been leasing a vehicle with Kia of Leesburg for 2 years. I won’t go into detail (because no one has that amount of time) but I was totally SCREWED by them. I can’t express how horrible of an experience it was.
I had NO hopes when I came into Nissan. But. I would have cut off my own nose to spite my face just to cut ALL ties with Kia. I explained to Anothony that I had NO money down, would totally be upside down because of the amount still owed on the jeep. But I was disgusted and needed a way out of all things related to Kia.
Anthony was TERRIFIC. Friendly, patient, understanding, sympathetic and a really down to earth, funny guy. Automatically felt comfortable. My husband really liked him as well.
I found a vehicle I LOVED. Anthony tirelessly worked his magic with his team and got me in the payment range I asked for. He was calm, cool and collected through the long process of meeting my needs. I appreciate that beyond belief. THANK YOU ANTHONY! (Nissan, give him a raise!)
Then we start working with George in finance. He also had the patience of a God. He broke down every detail so I could understand. He dealt with my fussiness and gladly answered my billion questions.
Now fast forward a few days and I get a call from George who worked AFTER papers were already signed and got me a better deal.
Like, WHAT??!
I really can’t believe the ease of this place. The TREMENDOUS work these guys put in for me.

Andre in the Service Department is the backbone of the department and will go above and beyond to ensure everyone has their vehicle service properly and on time. I have been taking my VW in here for quite some time and I still remember my first visit when Andre confirmed the services to be performed, walked me through the estimate line by line to confirm what was being performed and the cost, and answering any questions I had. Once in a blue moon there will be a mistake during service, but Andre is quick to address it and provide a satisfactory resolution. One time, I even received a coupon for an unexpected delay! “We had a great experience with Joe Hudson's Collision. Making an appointment for our vehicle to be looked at was easy & they were upfront and honest with us about the repairs it needed. We made an appt to drop it back off, Enterprise picked us up for our car rental and it was Joe Hudson's team who called them and had that all set up for us. Our car was repaired within a week and we were in constant communication with Joe Hudson's through text updates and a phone call of repair explanations when our vehicle was completed. Most importantly, our car turned out amazing! The repairs are perfect and they even cleaned our car for us. It looks amazing! We highly recommend Joe Hudson's and would use them again if needed (but, hopefully not, no offense, haha). Thank you for a job well done, all.”
