“I’m so late on making this review, I do apologize for that. I just want to give a shout out to Phil’s collision for bringing my car back to life. My vehicle was stolen and the thief’s that decided to joy ride in my new car which is (2-yr old) they did some minor but major damage (to me) thanks to Phil’s they helped me get my car back looking like it was never damaged . Everyone I spoke to was super nice, answered all and any questions I had and was just so supportive with what I was going through. Thank you guys again so so much.”

“Tom my advisor and Angela were great, both were extremely courteous, professional and attentive. Great customer service and experience. As far as the quality of work, having personal experience in autobody paint i am extremely conscience on quality of work. Upon pickup there was some debris in the paint, should not have been told it was ready.However, advisor Tom acknowledged and said it would be made right. They kept the car a few more days, and addressed the issues with a smile. Upon pickup a few days later car was perfect, paint match and blend was phenomenal, can't tell its been repaired in the sun or shade. How they blend and re-clear coat is the right way to do repairs. It was delivered clean inside and out. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks to the Team at Jenkins for a job well done.”

“I was struggling to find someone to fix the issue on my car. Took it to multiple different dealerships and started a case with Honda America. Nobody could tell me what was wrong or how to fix it. Luckily, I was sent to Community collision. They were stumped, but were so willing to help and get to the bottom of the problem. They treated me so kindly and made some accommodations for my situation. After going through so many different people it was a true blessing. “I have been an AutoZone customer for many years at several different store locations. I visited the 1007 US-441 location in Leesburg Florida and asked the employee If he could assist me in procuring the correct oil and oil filter for my Porsche GTS. He reluctantly typed the information into the computer and sent me off to find what I needed. After a long day of working on the car I got to the oil change and realized that you need a specialty socket to take the oil filter off of the car. So I drove back to the store and asked the employee about the socket, he clearly knew that the socket was needed and looked at me like I was stupid. After looking for the item I asked if he could help me find it. He basically just pointed to the whole store and said over there! I was furious and said “Why don’t you stop being lazy and walk 15 feet and show me where it is!”. It was at this point that another employee happened to hear me and said no worries I got you! She not only stopped what she was doing but went out of her way to bring me to the hard to find item and was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me find several other items I needed. With a smile and excellent customer service you Lilly turned my day around from a really bad day to a good one! Keep up the good work!!!”

“I've had a lot of car issues this year with all three of my vehicles. And Lisa and a young man named Jordan and also I wish I knew his name it might be ken. Have been the biggest help. every time I call them or go into the store. They take the time to listen to me. And help me with everything. Even if I walk in at 5 minutes till closing time. Other auto parts stores don't want to hear what the problem is. These guys listen and they care. I feel like these people are well trained. They know what they are talking about. I don't trust any other part place but this one. They always have the parts in stock. Jordan has a ton of patience to deal with all of my car needs. Lisa has a lot of phone patience. She's always walked me through step by step on what to do next when I have a car issue over the phone. She is better then calling AAA. And ken is that fatherly figure that takes you under his wing and gives you the guidance that you need. I lost my father this year. So I can no longer pick the phone up and call him and ask him mechanical questions but Ken is always right there to guide me in the right direction. Thank all of you guys so much.”

The reason being is that I personally had a new windshield put into a car that I own and still have to this day.it was ten years ago when it was replaced I first contacted the other windshield company and received very very pore service they would not correct there mistake and refund to it. So I did my homework and found the best company to service you.”

Andre in the Service Department is the backbone of the department and will go above and beyond to ensure everyone has their vehicle service properly and on time. I have been taking my VW in here for quite some time and I still remember my first visit when Andre confirmed the services to be performed, walked me through the estimate line by line to confirm what was being performed and the cost, and answering any questions I had.
