After visiting them on Thursday, I can definitely say the Manager (Rafael) and team were outstanding. Rafael was very understanding and compassionate given my situation and provided me with a very reasonable estimate that I totally agreed with. He customized the estimate for my situation and my needs. Additionally, he followed up with details and the estimate with an email. I cannot say enough about this auto body center. “We had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Leesburg. I have never dealt with a collision repair company that communicated as well as they did. We always knew the status of our truck and where things stood with the repairs, which made the entire process much less stressful.
Our truck looks brand new! The rear bumper and repairs were beautifully done, and it truly felt like they took care of our truck as if it were their own. Being able to drop off our rental vehicle there when we picked up the truck was also extremely convenient.

“I just picked up my 2014 Toyota Tundra a few days ago and I am very, very happy with the paint job they did on my roof and hood. The roof and hood was very faded and the clear coat was coming off.
I originally was going for just the roof and hood, but Ron suggested it would blend in better if they painted the window frames and top of the fenders. So they painted the whole cab and the tops of the front fenders. The old and new paint meets at the black pinstripe. He was right and it really looks amazing and they blended it in perfectly!
I have gotten so many compliments!
Their prices are much more affordable than some of the bigger body shops and they are very easy to work with.
I have had the truck 10 years and plan on keeping it another 10. You can't buy a Tundra with a 5.7 V8 anymore.

“I worked with PJ and Allison to explore and secure a long-distance sale from 90 min away. They were beyond patient, kind, and really followed through when they said they could make the car work within my budget. They sent all the pictures, videos, and documentation I asked for without hesitation.
They were flexible and accommodating when I insisted on a pre-purchase inspection. PJ was readily available and supportive when the inspection fell through last minute the night before my appointment and he made sure his team was ready to receive the new inspector that I arranged for first thing the next morning.
They did not bait and switch with my trade-in or the out-the-door price. The paperwork was in order and had no surprise or inflated fees.
Shout out to Christian in finance as well, as there was no pressure to buy any unnecessary warranties/packages/features. I came with a pre-approval and he double checked to see that it was the best rate possible. There was no unnecessary pressure to finance in-house.
The sale went off without a hitch as scheduled. After several grueling weeks of car shopping, I was able to finally buy the vehicle I wanted within a day of initiating contact... and for a great price that worked for me and my family!
I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to checking them out first whenever we're back in the market for a new pre-owned vehicle! 10/10 would recommend and return.
