I drive a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee and of course it’s going to have problems. The folks at Lake Sumter have kept my car on the road, for which I am eternally grateful. They are all very professional, friendly and polite.”

“I was in need of a tire repair and searched Google Maps and Hampton’s was first thing that came up and they were close and since I didn’t want to ruin my tire driving into Leesburg and after reading most of the reviews I decided to go there. I was not disappointed, they asked what I needed and I told them about the tire and gave them the keys. While waiting I paid attention to my surroundings and people taking. After they called me and said that they were done I paid and realized that they are everything the reviews said they were. I’m not sure of the extent of repair work they do, but from what I heard while waiting they do just about everything. I don’t usually recommend places, but I do recommend Hampton’s Auto Service for your vehicles needs.”

“Pep Boys has come through for us so many times. I've had tire replacements, and brake jobs done. I just pulled in the other day with my tire leaking, they pulled out a nail and patched it for free on the spot.
We needed a battery changed in another car which was a specific special order and much more expensive but they matched the price of the other place that we called. As far as I'm concerned this is the place to go. Their customer service is awesome as well as their work. Stop in and see Miranda in the Leesburg office, she will help you with a smile on her face.”

“I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Antoine is a great guy, and his team does fantastic work. Our brand new SUV had a 20 inch vertical scratch through the paint, down to the metal on the door. Thought we were going to have to have the whole door repainted, until Antoine worked his magic! He used factory touch up paint that we obtain from the dealership, filled the crack, wet sanded it and clear coated it. Wow! You can't even tell there was ever a scratch there! His prices are more than fair! We even tipped him because we felt the job was worth more than he charged!! Thank you Antoine his shintastic crew! Doug and Maria”
“Absolutely wonderful! Wife needed rear d/s window replaced. SAFELITE quoted her $524 for the window and labor, said the frame needed repaired before they could do it. Seemed high so we called around to find they were literally DOUBLE the price of everywhere else. 1st Stop Auto Glass, nice family owned local business (wife and I are both small business owners too). They special ordered the glass, had it by the next day, came to our house at 8am. Repaired the frame for free, even put some paint over the damage spots, installed the glass, and were done by 9:15 and only charged $300. Safelite should be ashamed of themselves for trying to pull this on someone. Support your local businesses. Thank you 1st Stop Auto Glass for being such a class act!”

Whichever Pep boys Jordans go I go, so far he's been transferred to three Pep boys why do I do that, you might ask ? Because he is an honest employee, a real human that doesn't take advantage and looks out for his customers. I trust him and his previous manager David but if Jordan goes to another location I go to him.
By the way .. There's not that many Jordans, he truly knows it all and he does it all. !!!

Jordan is been working for you guys for about 8 years, and he is an amazing worker, you guys have no idea who you have there. You should spend your time learning everything he does for you guys he can work the front and when you short I. The back he goes and help in the back as well!
Jordan has taken care of 4 family cars and continues to to take care of them. If he is transferred I go where he goes, because I truly trust him with my vehicles.

Andre in the Service Department is the backbone of the department and will go above and beyond to ensure everyone has their vehicle service properly and on time. I have been taking my VW in here for quite some time and I still remember my first visit when Andre confirmed the services to be performed, walked me through the estimate line by line to confirm what was being performed and the cost, and answering any questions I had. Once in a blue moon there will be a mistake during service, but Andre is quick to address it and provide a satisfactory resolution. One time, I even received a coupon for an unexpected delay!
