Rough me jeep here was told exactly what my jeep needed and didn’t need and when other maintenance would be needed (which was a long time out.) literally saved thousands of dollars. “I took my truck in for a scheduled appointment on Friday 9/18 to have my brake pads changed, oil changed as well as an overall inspection to locate the source of a noise I had been hearing coming from the front driver's side wheelwell. Tony at the front desk was very thorough and professional. My truck was pulled in the bay within 30mins of my arrival and I had detailed results of the inspection sent to my email within a couple hours. I ended up needing new pads, rotors and calipers which I was quoted a price for all the work and I agreed to move forward. While my truck was on the lift the mechanic doing the service noticed a few additional things and actually brought me into the bay to show me first hand, which I really appreciated, and I agreed to a couple additional small extras. My truck was ready to go with 4 hours at an extremely competitive cost.
The employees at Tires Plus are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and they do excellent work. I highly recommend using them as I will for all future repairs.”

Gary took it right in had one of his guys take a look at and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly, nice waiting room, very clean inside. Did not charge me for a quick and easy fix.

“My Mother was told by the dealer that it was an $1800 fee to fix her air compressor. The owner called us 30 months minutes later to tell her that it was not a/c. It turned out to be 3 sealing washers and showed them to her. The final bill was $100!!!!!!!!!! 💯!!!!!!!!!!

“I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Antoine is a great guy, and his team does fantastic work. Our brand new SUV had a 20 inch vertical scratch through the paint, down to the metal on the door. Thought we were going to have to have the whole door repainted, until Antoine worked his magic! He used factory touch up paint that we obtain from the dealership, filled the crack, wet sanded it and clear coated it. Wow! You can't even tell there was ever a scratch there! His prices are more than fair! We even tipped him because we felt the job was worth more than he charged!! Thank you Antoine his shintastic crew! Doug and Maria”

“Pep Boys has come through for us so many times. I've had tire replacements, and brake jobs done. I just pulled in the other day with my tire leaking, they pulled out a nail and patched it for free on the spot.
We needed a battery changed in another car which was a specific special order and much more expensive but they matched the price of the other place that we called. As far as I'm concerned this is the place to go. Their customer service is awesome as well as their work. Stop in and see Miranda in the Leesburg office, she will help you with a smile on her face.”

Our truck looks brand new! The rear bumper and repairs were beautifully done, and it truly felt like they took care of our truck as if it were their own. Being able to drop off our rental vehicle there when we picked up the truck was also extremely convenient.
