They are having a great shoe clearance. It was awful trying to find any opened checkouts. Everyone working at the checkout kept saying I'm closed. Spent 15min minutes going around to all the checkouts. Had to go to jewelry to checkout.

You don't get the "sale" unless you have an app. App doesn't work because you have weak or no service in the store.

Under Staffed , Shoes Galore on sale and I mean nice shoes but no one to get your size . Husband wanted sweat pants , not a pair in the Store for men and no one to ask . Mall wasn't opened yet . It was between 11 am n noon . SAD , We both could of used a pair of shoes. After looking around at the Clutter . Hard to shop when everything is disarayed . No employs aroundOnly 2 women ,1 in Jewery 1 in perfume . Men taking their things to purchase to them on other side of store . A Mess this isn't Beals Outlet . It's Belk no outlet .. Needed help , no one around . We ended up at TJ Max & Beals outlet and had service there then none at Belk.

Beautiful store but of course a little overpriced. Loved all the Christmas decor they had for sale. Employees were working hard at stocking merchandise. I would definitely go back for a longer visit.

Confusing place to shop for men clothes. You would think the stock would be separated by occasion I.e. Casual/dress/adult/young men etc.

I have spent a lot of money at this store, however it will never happen again! Your few decent staff members are far outweighed by the rude ones. You should teach you cashiers that people ask questions for a reason. Standing around talking about people and making fun of them is not really the way to get future business! If you are miserable in life there is really no reason to try to make everyone else as miserable as you are.

Growing up, mom taking us to the mall at the end of summer was the thing to do to get new school clothes for the coming year because the mall was affordable at ever shop. However, Belk completely dispels that idea. With the prices Belk carries can't believe they are even still in business.
