I like this place. It has a real nice room but it just happened to be that the Wi-Fi was dead on the one night I was there. I also gotta say that their continental breakfast was terrible.
Rooms: The room was very nice. There was a double bed, and a couch , and of course a microwave, refrigerator, t v and a desk, and everything . All in all it was a pretty nice big room.

Absolutely horrible they claimed to be pet friendly but there really not she said dogs can't stay in room alone they charge for each dog. And the lady said we ate not a kennel. So I have to pay for each dog each night but I can't leave them. Just say you not pet friendly cuz ur Absolutely not pet friendly!!!

Made a reservation and had 3 service dogs. 1 for each adult staying the night. We were told there was a problem with our confirmation and the hotel manager made an executive decision to not hold our reservation and allow us to come and figure out the hiccup. Instead, the hotel manager left a “note” for staff saying we were not allowed to make another. Since it is ILLEGAL to tell us we can’t have 3 service dogs with us, Sunny Patel (manager) basically told us we couldn’t make another confirmation. I’ll absolutely be contacting customer care about this issue and hopefully be made whole. The hotel manager doesn’t respect those who need service dogs and is a detriment to best western.

Overall good experience. Rooms are clean and well cared for. Breakfast available but would like to see a little more variety on hot items. Getting to the hotel is a challenge because of location behind other businesses off busy road. Had to find an alley between to businesses to access parking side entrance. Google missed it. Main entrance is difficult to access from main road if you enter in opposite direction of entry side due to traffic.

My dog and I stayed here on the first floor and my Mom had a room on the second floor. I liked the dog-friendly rooms better because they had really nice faux wood flooring. My Mom's room had carpeting. With that being said, this hotel was SO CLEAN. The lobby area and the breakfast area were spotless, too. Nice space to walk your dog around the building with trash cans, lawns etc.
The staff is amazing - from maintenance, to the front desk people, to the cooks, to the cleaning staff. NICE HIRES!!!
I loved the continental breakfast. They have one of those fancy coffee makers that can do all different kinds - lattes, cappuccinos, etc . You could have eggs, sausage, ham, make your own waffles, sweet rolls, English muffins, bagels, or cereal. It was all very high quality.
There is a restaurant in the parking lot called Ramshackle Cafe that has terrific ribs, hamburgers, tacos, 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour. Their prices are *so* affordable. Even the locals go to it.
Rooms: Clean. The dog-friendly room that I stayed in has gorgeous faux wood flooring that I wish I had in my house! Nice desk, comfortable bed, couch, clean bathroom with a hairdryer, and they have room safes if you travel with jewelry, etc. The A/C was easy to figure out and set. Phew! :) Fancy alarm clock and you could have woodsy noises with crickets, etc. That was a nice touch. My Mom's room on the second floor had all carpeting. I liked the dog-friendly room better because of that.
Safety: I felt very safe there, even when I was walking my dog to do his business at night or in the morning.
Food & drinks: I loved their continental breakfast that is included with your stay from 6- 9a.m. They have one of those fancy coffee makers that can do all different kinds - lattes, cappuccinos, etc . They have several kinds of juices out of a nice machine as well. You could have eggs, sausage, ham, make your own waffles, sweet rolls, English muffins, bagels, or cereal. It was all very high quality. And the area is kept very, very clean!
There is a restaurant in the parking lot called Ramshackle Cafe that has terrific ribs, hamburgers, tacos, potato skins, 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour. Their prices are *so* affordable. Even the locals who live in The Villages go to it. I would if I lived anywhere near there. It was dog friendly on the covered deck. It's noisy out there because you're on the main road, but that added to the fun. SUPER quiet inside and I liked the interior.

In Leesburg for a fishing tournament. When I made the reservation I was told they accommodated boat parking. Beware..they don't. Fortunately my husband can back a boat thru a needle eye so we made do.
