Tyler is an absolute blessing! Our 2 year old car who we purchased from a dealership in Orlando died Thanksgiving morning. Having to stress over a battery during holidays with a child who has a birthday after Christmas was heavy on my mind. Friday morning we called our dealership in Orlando as the battery was under warranty. The lady was so rude and told me to find a way to get to them and hung up. I decided to call one more place Kia of Leesburg and spoke with Tyler who gave me a number to Kia to file a claim and get it towed to them. I called and filed a claim and waited for tow truck driver to arrive to tow it for free to Kia of Leesburg. The gentleman who arrived jumped it (which we had done several times the day before) and got it running so we did not need the tow and drove it to dealership. We met with Tyler who was such a relief. He is so caring and kind and took care of us from beginning to end. Our car was done in few hours with new battery under warranty and our car was vacuumed and washed. You have earned our business going forward. Thank you from the bottom our heart Tyler!

My morning started with looking to lease a new car and I found a found a car photo online that I like and texted an inquiry. Within a minute, I received a text response from a sales team member. After answering all of my text questions, appointment was made for afternoon. Arriving at the dealership, I was welcome with a friendly greeting from Jay Gonell, Jose Rivera and staff members. I want to give a huge thank you to sales team, Jay Gonell and Jose Rivera for stress- free smooth process. They were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about my selected vehicle that I was leasing. From a test drive with Jay, he was very helpful, cheerful with all the lease options and it went so smoothly. Jose went way out of way keeping me posted on detail service requirements on my just received vehicle and incredibly helpful, patient, questions and very knowledgeable with new setup Kia features —answering all my questions and making sure I understood basic features before I left the dealership in my Kia. One more team member, thank you Ahmed Eldery, my finance team member for your cheerful and helpful answers about my questions about the lease on your large desktop display lease paperwork. Thank you again, Jay, Jose, Ahmed and the other staff members for an outstanding experience!

I had agreement and signed documents to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership. Just as I was about to sign loan docs managers comes in and told story about car needed $3000 in repairs but if I was willing to pay $1200 more thr car could be mine. This is a classic bait and swith. Im.dissapointed such a large dealer has people who still act so unprofessionally. I got up and left realizing I was not dealing with honest people.

1) The service was done, and the car purrs like a kitten.
2) Service Advisor Ryan was GREAT , he answered all my question and updated us on how the service was going.
3) The lounge was comfortable and game shows on the TV helped to make the wait more bearable.

Sales rep Laurel was wonderful in helping my 95 year young dad purchase an EV. She patiently walked him through the process, taught him how to drive the car at the dealership, delivered the car to his house the next day, and spent time further educating him about the many unique features of an EV. Can't say enough good things about Laurel!
