Worst scam ever since using boost. Very pissed. Charged 35 dollar setup fee for a phone that wAs setup already. After waiving what he said was a 35 dollar fee for the SIM card. I asked to sell the SIM and I would activate it myself but was told they didn't sell SIM cards

Tried to pay my bill the 26th amd the guy told me he was unable to take my payment but that i had a free month of service. Then my phone got disconnected so i stopped in to inquire about the issue. The guy working (with crutches) proceded to talk to me like dirt and blame it on his boss not filling out forms. He treated me very poorly and got an attitude when they are the ones who messed up. I will now be transferring my number to a new provider due to the way he handled the situation.

Who would have thought a boost store does phone repairs? well this store does. Hands down the best boost store I have been to. The staff is very insightful and they go above and beyond to help square away any issues with your phone or service. It's almost like they treat the customers problem with their phone as if it were their own. They did a great job repairing my phone. I was in and out with a new screen in less than an hour!!! Thought I was gonna have to buy a whole new phone and spend hundreds of dollars but they fixed my phone for less than $120

When no one else could finger it out, VINCE did it. He is very knowledgeable and always take the time to assist me. He is very considerate and customer friendly. I will pass 50 Boost Mobile to get to VINCE. Thank GOD for VINCE..

The guy Jon that works in there is one of the best employees that’s ever worked there the first time I went in there he save me from buying a new phone by simply having the experience to clean out my charging port , and then the second time he got my son‘s phone working which saved me another we all know what kind of money it cost to buy a phone lol, so hands down to Jon !!!!? and the last time I was in there he was also helping another lady out went beyond the call of duty on her gluing her phone back together and saving her money he’s just a good dude ,!! and I hopefully they value him as much as they possibly can afford… God bless brotha
