“It was a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind. The man was friendly and a bit over worked. Had no problems trading in the car because it was to big, then I got one to small, I could have traded it in again but it was the 4th of July weekend and Iwas starting to feel like goldilocks. 1 person was taking care of 20 people at once, all the while his smile never leaft his face. Would recommend them.”

“Very nice staff, customer service unfortunately booked me for a vehicle that the Leesburg location DID NOT have. I was upgraded to a vehicle I didn't want. But didn't have time to go hunt down another vehicle with another company. It was an okay vehicle but definitely not what I rented. I rented an elite A5. Got a Nautilus. Completely different vehicle. I was not happy with the rental. Thank you for ignoring the customers concerns.”
