I just got a half gallon milk and it was spoiled and when I tried to return it to either get it exchanged or get my money back the guy working was very rude and told me no plus he wouldn't give me the managers phone number

I come in here every single morning almost. Usually still in my bathrobe before I am even fully awake and every morning I get attitude. I come in a great mood and leave frustrated AF because the workers here hate their jobs. I MEAN THEY REALLY HATE IT HERE. They are not kind, they are not AT ALL friendly, and they do not care about customer service much. I spilled my coffee on the floor this morning trying to get away from the lady ringing me up because of her negative energy. I was RUNNING like Forest Gump! And usually I care about things like that, feel terrible, but today I did not because she deserved to have to get that coffee up herself. She ended up giving me a free coffee because it's spilled but at the same time- she wouldn't have had to do that had she just been NICE. So do better Circle K! We love your store, but we don't understand why you don't hire people who care....

Hire some help! Hire someone to clean the store for about 3 solid days, get your team members to regularly clean. This place is filthy. The manager is responsible and should be ashamed.

Register isn't programmed to honor the 2 six packs of 8 4 Oz Red Bull for 19.99 that is clearly printed on the shelf, and the line was too long behind me to straighten it out. Sketchy clientele as well.

Tried to avoid line by using self checkout like every other location. Cashier using self checkout register to take care of the line, instead of other registers... Filthy

Manager here with dark hair is scary. My employee and I visit many convenience stores for our work. I have never seen this amount of anger before. They got extremely angry as my employee was in line to buy a hot dog and started to eat it. He paid for his and also bought 2 more hot dogs. and my items. As he was putting condiment on the dogs, the manager started to yell at him that he was stealing the cheese, as it was extra. He went to walk over to the cashier and she blocked his way. He gave me the change to pay for the extra cheese and left the store. They were yelling at him that he was stealing. I waved the change in the air- to show them I was paying the .40. He did not feel comfortable staying. He has been in there before and they do not like him, but this is ridiculous. It is a convenient store to go to, but will try hard not to go there.

Linda is a sweet nice caring manager at this location she make sure her store is ran right, she also have very good hard working employees. Very frustrating. There isn’t a week that goes by where their fountain machine isn’t out of order. What’s the point of having Sip & Save if I can’t use it there? Plus there is always trash on the grounds outside.
