Terrible place along with rude staff. I wouldn't bring my dog into this establishment to even get his nails done!

Worst nail place I've ever been too . I went and wanted my nails short & with gel nails . I chose my color and the nail tech guy rushed me over to the chair . He did my nails in 10mins . It was very rushed and not even nor was my polish , He insisted to re do them for the 3rd time . I told him I would just go somewhere else . He took off the polish and chipped my acrylic nails . I had to leave and go somewhere else HIGHLY DISSATISFIED... I will never be back ! I will forever stick to golden nails and tan . They always does an amazing job !

WORSE place ever! I went there to get my eyebrows done seen they do eyelashes and really wanted to try first time ever.. well needless to say when I got my eyebrows done the ladies breath was so bad It killed me to breath. Then next time I went back I did my eyelashes and the glue burned my eyes! I thought she had just messed up everyone is human, I returned 2 weeks later when the lashes where falling off. When she removed the old lashes I felt like she was removing my real lashes as well ouch! She then applied the new lashes and again got more glue in my eyes! I don't know about you guys but I had a loss in my family while wearing his eyelashes and the tears from my eyes was taking the glue off which also allows the glue to go in my eyes some more! Your tears should not make the glue come off that's not what we pay for! so I went to a newly lady I paid a little more but it's true you get what you pay for you pay $25 you get her garbage you pay 65 and you get beautiful eyelashes that looks so real and they last me a month I just depends on you personally! My new Lady was removing my eyelashes from classy nails and told me that glue was for African-American weave hair and should not be used on eyelashes starting to make sense ! When she finally got the eyelashes off because she didn't want to ruin my real eyelashes needless to say they were already ruined she would not put lashes on me because it would look Gabby and horrible because of what these people did to my eyelashes and when I allow them to do but I trusted them to do what I pay for what clearly $25 is just to ruined your eyelashes! It too one mo for my eyes to be lashable and two months for them to be normal again! I wanted to ruin this place so they could not ruin more ladies eyelashes! We trust people are honest when you pay for something and these people are the most disrespectful and dishonest place I have ever went to! It's been three months now and I still am upset over this! When I came the first time they charged my card twice because their machine was out of paper so not recipes came out she thought it just didn't take! 😳 I have also called to set up apt and been hung up on twice! WORSE PLACE EVER BEWARE!

Horrible experience!! I came in and told the male nail tech exactly what I wanted, but instead he chose to do what he wanted. When I reiterated what I wanted he ignored me and continued to do what he wanted to my nails. I had to get up and leave.

Walked right in & gave them a pic of what I wanted. They were able to do them like the picture, which was quite intense. I was done in 1 hour & the price was very reasonable. I will be going back & I will recommend them to my friends.

These people are terrible. They do not always sterilize their equipment. The man who did my pedicure dug under my nails and caused pain and I ended up getting an infection. They were actually sharing equipment when giving me a manicure and when I spoke up they acted like they did not understand me. I would not recommend them and I would never go back there again. I can't believe they are still in business. Tells me that the people who inspect these places are not doing their jobs.

On Thursday, August 30, 2012, I went here for a pedicure. I have been coming to this nail shop on and off for approx 4 years. This day did not turn out as I expected. My pedicurist (the man) was very distracted for some reason. As I was sitting in the pedicure seat, I was reading a magazine to occupy myself while he perfomed the service. Then, it hurt like hell becasue he cut my big toe (left) and it began to bleed. He continued with the pedicure and even polished my toes around the blood. He had me get up and sit in another chair with my feet near a fan to dry, all the while coming back to sop up the blood. Then, he told me I was done and I told him I was not leaving until he cleaned up the blood. The entire time, he never apologized or even acknowledged that he cut me. I could see by the expressions on the other clients faces that they were horrified!
I went home, disgusted, and for the next 2-1/2 weeks tended to my toe by soaking it and cleaning it with peroxide and then antibiotic creams. I went to the doctor for treatment and took pictures of what happened to my toe. I then went over to their nail shop and showed them my bandaged toe along with the horrible pictures of what happened after I got home. Did they respond well??? Did they acknowledge the problem??? The answer is a big, fat, NO! Instead, they tried to explain to me how I was cut and why they cut the way they do. Again, no apology, no acknowledgement of what they did.
I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this nail shop to anyone. My tone would have been very different if they showed the least amount of care and concern from the very beginning. And to make matters even worse, they live in my neighborhood just a block away, and they know me!
