Dennis is so knowledgeable and helpful. My computer was getting very old and slow. He took the time to recommend what to replace it with and where to get a good sale on the item. When I was at the store he even talked with the sales person to help me purchase the right item I needed. Then he set up computer for me and explained every thing to me. Great Service

I went home to Indiana for a visit and left my laptop charger there. I used my phone to search for computer stores close by. I called Computer Tech Pro. Dennis was above awesome. He patiently talked me through the process of taking a picture of, enlarging and reading the information on the back of my computer. He told me his price for the charger. Then, he advised me to purchase it on amazon for less than half his price. Next, he talked me through the process of using my phone to order the charger on amazon. I was blown away with the knowledge, honesty, integrity, patience and courtesy of this young man. I am 74 years old with relatively inadequate computer skills. With Dennis' coaching, over the phone, I was so proud of my accomplishments. Somebody raised this man exceptionally well. I will definitely go to him for my computer needs.

My old computer was dieing . I called Dennis and asked if he could fix it. He recommended a new PC. I purchased the new PC and Dennis set it all up for me... from soup to nuts... when I opened it for the first time... EVERYTHING was exactly where it should be. Dennis is excellent and reasonably priced. I can't say enough praises for this guy

Dennis is so professional and knowledgeable. He set up our new laptop and made it very user friendly. He is very patient and explains everything. He remotes in my laptop and set up the printer and connected our iPhones up. We definitely recommend Computer Tech Pro for all your computer needs.

Dennis was just fabulous!
He identified our problem with a laptop and had it fixed within a few minutes. We were so impressed with his work that we decided to have him do a complete overhaul, which he finished within an hour or so. These events were all accomplished remotely too! We definitely will call upon him again when a need arises.
