“So my laptop died and so I was searching for a place to fix it. I found this place and Justin carefully explained the possible issues and how he would proceed. Long story short he is working on it, looks like I will be able to recover my data from the old puter and have it on the new one. BUT What really impressed me is the commitment he has to the local community. He is very dedicated to his customers. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He even does hospital visits to assist them with keeping in touch with their family. I will definitely keep coming back to him!”
“Friendly, personable, efficient. This is a fantastic (the best I've encountered) Boost Mobile location.

UPDATE: Although this location has a very personable owner who was pleasant & friendly the three times I went there, the repair done to my device (replace broken screen/digitizer on my mobile phone) lasted less than about 30hrs.
I noticed when I returned home & more carefully looked over my newly repaired phone, that the perimeter of the screen was not entirely glued down in some spots & in others the glue was oozing from the edges. Within 2 hours of me picking the device up, the screen had cracked without any event that should've caused that to happen (& by then it was after hours).
The next day, at some point, the screen of the phone (while in the wallet case in my jacket pocket) became separated from the phone’s frame. The next time I removed the phone & opened the wallet case, the entire phone screen fell forward from the frame. The entire thing was very weird, to say the least. I felt like I was on Punk’d or something.
While I cannot hold the store responsible for something of which they were unaware, for the less-than-stellar workmanship on the device as it left the store, they are responsible.
However, I did not bring the phone back. I did not notify the store of this...at that point, after having had the phone “fixed” twice at two different places, I was defeated & just bought another phone.”
“I was at Walmart 3 weeks ago when I approached a young gentleman and ask3d a question: "Which was my screen cracked or just the protector?" He replied it was just the protector. Whewww he said it was $20 to change it, but I wasn't sure if I had the extra money. I told the gentleman whose name was Mohammed Ali. Yes, Mohammed Ali is his name, "he and I chuckled he said," No worries, miss you cam just pay me the next time you're in. " WOW, I thought to myself, Mohammed, you trusted a complete stranger to come and possibly pay you next time I'm in. Not a lot of ppl like you Mohamed please remain humble. BtwvI did have the extra funds at the time. Next time you're in, please visit this business.”
“Brought my prebuilt gaming pc in after having a issue of it crashing after booting. They fixed it within the week and it runs like new will definitely be coming back for any future issues!”
