Delivery driver made no attempt to let me know they were here. I waited at home all day for this shipment to arrive and they stopped just long enough to put a tag on my door, and made no attempt to deliver the package.

I was promised Fedex delivery on Saturday. Came in early and they never delivered. Needed the package. They said they tried but when I called they told me they held it till Monday. This has happened before. The part that makes me mad is they lie and say they tried to deliver. This is why I used UPS.

Horrible Customer Service. Does not honor anything that FedEx Corporate sets up when you call. I always have problems and bad attitude. This locations makes me want to switch everything to UPS. Stay Away until FedEx holds this location accountable!!!
