Dave who works at the front lies and is not an honest person. I rented a truck from then and he promised to adjust the price after drop off. That never happens and now a month later he is saying that he can not do that.Very very bad way to to business ?

The customer service and compassion used in this location is tremendous! Definitely an original ,a kindness you don't find everywhere. Even if you have one closer to you,I recommend driving out of your way to come to this Leesburg location! They're worth the trip.

During a time of layoffs and a bill due tomorrow the owners suggestion was shed give 5 days to get rid of a like half of our stuff and move to a smaller and cheaper unit. How ridiculous and terrible advice.
