Unbelievable how rude the sales person in appliances is. Made comments about how customers will just have to wait, she's the only one working. We weren't even waiting on her, we were looking at a refrigerator close to her and apparently she didn't like us that close to her and the customers she was currently helping. Don't worry, we will NOT be purchasing from you. Would be great to be able to browse without hearing rude comments from a disgruntled employee.

I am a 30 year retired Navy personnel and the Head Cashier at this location won't give me the Veterans Discount, even after I show my retired Navy ID card. Is this business so greedy that they don't appreciate us? I can go to Lowes and get it all day long. Home Depot has lost me as a customer

This is long take a seat. The rental truck is a nice F-250 looks clean exempt when you realize it's not 4 wheel drive and for some odd reason they have adventure tires on the front but street tires on the rear which gives the truck zero traction when hauling cargo. When we got to the payment it was $260, i had $200 cash and the rest on my debit card well they only accept debit/credit even though they already had my debit card on file they don't accept any form of cash which is ridiculous a home depot and they dont accept cash ok so what now im not from around and my bank is chase so i cant deposit anywhere around cause the nearest chase is over 60miles away. Like i said take a seat. The customer service employee said well if u can't pay we will put you in collection. Ok next transaction i returned the towing ball i got for the rental truck in order to tow a cargo the ball was 2" but the trailer was a 3inch ball so i returned it when the customer service employee asked me whats my name i said diana pronounce di ana she looked at me and said IN AMERICA IT'S PRONOUNCED DIE ANA O_O shocked level 1000. My mother named me Diana which a latin pronunciation of Di ana. I guess my mother has been wrong sense i was born. Or maybe this racist customer service employee is a sack of cow manure what do yah think. In my 32 years of living never had anyone tell me to change how my mother pronounces my name. The Home Depot could only partially fill my order and told me I would need to accept a partial refund and to then go back and reorder the rest of my order. On 01/07/22 I ordered tile online to be delivered to a store near me. The anticipated delivery date was 01/19/21. The online tracking kept changing from "in transit" to "delivered but not read for pickup". Every call through their automated system supported the tracking. On 02/18/2021 I finally spoke to a person at the store who told me they couldn't help me and I needed to call the .com store since I ordered online. When I called the number they gave me, I was told they all had the same computer system and the store should have helped me. After a considerable hold, they told me the store had part of my order, but they don't know what happened to the other part. They then told me I would need to be given a partial refund in order to reorder the missing part of my order. Not only could The Home Depot NOT fulfill the order I paid for, they offered no solutions for resolution beyond giving me some money back and making ME reorder the product they couldn't find.

Have all of your household needs along with friendly customer service reps that are very very helpful! Store is stocked well. The garden department is amazing and the fruit and vegetable plants along with their flowers here are well taken care of! We lived here from Mooresville, NC where our Lowe's was a real gem. This one had NOTHING on our extensive list - except paint rags. Unwilling help in lumber wouldn't cut shelves because he felt 2" was too little to cut off. SO disappointing! Off to The Home Depot.

People there are alright and will try to help, but the whole experience of ordering something, paying for it cash then having it shipped to my house just to find out that they lost a whole riding lawn mower and won’t return my money until they find where it is, especially after already waiting 22 days for it. So I got screwed from both Home Depot and their shipping company. With all 3 parties(home depot, Home Depot’s call center, and the shipping company they use) telling me completely different stories. Complete waste of time and lost hundreds of dollars in business due to lack of communication and poor business all together. They didn’t even give me a heads up that they lost it. Just shut the whole store down

I would not recommend buying carpet from them and having it installed. Had too many issues with them from the independent installer refusing to install the carpet to screwing up on ordering a specific carpet we selected, delivery issues and carpet rolls did not match. Also corresponding with them by phone and letters were ignored.

Don't ever order a new kitchen from Home Depot. Order a full kitchen, cabinets, appliance and granite counter tops. Within 3 months the counter top cracked. After almost a year the new piece arrived and did not match the rest of the counter! Their installer agreed it did not match. I refused to accept the piece. Now the counter top company is refusing to replace the piece and Home Depot won't do anything! So much for customer support. Headed to Lowe's
