Should not be listed as a cpa if they are unwilling to do the work that’s needed. I’m a truck driver and I hardly get into town to do my taxes and I’m told I have to do all the work and calculations

The tax preparing person let slip that they were scheduling all appointments 30 minutes so she was running behind. I think they should be scheduling longer times so they don't feel rushed and make a mistake and make next appointment late.

Ms. Cathy Webb was amazing. She aid me with everything I needed to know and made sure her work was done correctly. She was so loving and kind and had very excellent communication. Even the agent that worked at the front desk. She was very welcomed. Not only did they communicated with my. They welcomed my daughter as well. Everyone had good spirit. Thank you so much for a great job well done.

I'm not one to write a bad review but I was not happy with how my appointment went. As a women in her 20s who really doesn't understand taxes well I thought I'd play it safe and have someone file for me. The lady that helped with mine not only had computer problems the entire time but couldn't answer any of my questions. Towards the end they were trying hard to push me out since my time was up. She just acted like I was annoying her the entire time. I ended up owing a dollar to the irs and when I asked how this could be she stated I filled my W4 wrong. I checked with my job and I filled it correct. Thanks for the lil coupon they offered towards the end though so I only had to pay 60 for this instead if 80 lol
