Waited on hold for several hours and I just finally hung up. Leadership needs to reallocate resources to the diabetic dept. Seems like urinary incontinence answers within minutes.

Can't be reached on the phone though you kept calling the entire day. Not a reliable Med Supply Company. Nocare nor urgency to fulfill one's medical need.
