The service department at Jenkins hyundai is horrible. Not only is the staff not well trained they don't communicate at all! Don't expect too much from this dealership.

AT YOU SO THEY CAN LAUGH WHEN YOU WALK AWAY KNOWING THAT THEY SCREWED A NOTHER CUSTOMER. THEY DO NOT STICK BEHIND WHAT THEY SAY NOR THEIR AUTOMOBILES. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM JENKINS AUTO GROUP.....

I'm not sure that reviewing anyplace under construction is fair,but I will try my best.This was my first maintainence appt. for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My appt. was at 8am. I arrived at abt. 7minutes to 8.The area of drop off is now one lane and rather precarious,driving missteps could prove to be costly!!The young man that was my person was friendly and professional and his composure underfire from customers was commendable!!I informed him that I had another appt. at 10am thinking 1.5 hours for a simple appt. would be plenty of time. He looked at me with a questioning look and said he just wasn't sure that could be accomplished.Why,I asked?He made a call on his radio to the scheduling person to see " how backed up they were",the answer being something about constipation. He said he would his best.I was walked into the waiting area,which is under construction. While they had a lovely array of snacks and coffee,the room was VERY NOISY and smelled of car exhaust.After awhile being there,I developed a headache. Going outside wasn't a lot better but it did help.At 940,my person came in to tell me I was done. I was on the phone with my doctor telling them I might not make. I ended that call.I signed what needed to be signed and I was offWHY is it that doctors /dentists are suppose to see patients within 15 minutes of the appt. time and . Plumbers and carpenters make appt. at a specific time and are there.Overbooking is BAD BUSINESS!!! Making customers sit and for hours and hours is customer service at its worst and makes us ,fairly accurately assume, the owner(s) of Jenkins care for nothing but MONEY.Pack em'in, make em' wait, what can they do??You should be ashamed!!!!!

Bought 2 traded 3 at Chevy Homosassa and Ford Crystal River. Most corrupt thieves I've met in the car Market. First vehicle was a high end sports car that they hid damage upon request of the Carfax report at purchase. Carfax Report doesn't help you much if they only print out one page and there is more. Then bought parts for the car to replace the damaged ones they sloppily repaired and others that where missing. They reported another 3rd accident on the car without proof. Their lawyer said as much in a phonecall. Traded the car in not knowing they had put the strike on its Carfax for a Brand New truck thinking I was getting out of other people's issues. Needless to say they gave a fraudulent representation of the worth of the vehicle at trade in. Truck has the Jenkins appearance package meaning they took a new truck at 11 miles Bent the break lines to put a 7 1/2 inch lift with missing major parts crucial to safety, made the speedometer and Odometer read 10 percent wrong then told the customer they did nothing wrong. I've talked to the owner and he's a snake. Promised to make it right when it eventually made it to him then he didn't get the outcome he liked and shut down like a child that knows he won't be held to account. Played up he was a Veteran to like that ment anything to him. Do business with these crooks at your own peril. If they would do this to a disabled Veteran and his family what do you think they would do to yours? Jenkins and his dealerships are the worst I've come around in 32 years and more than 15 new vehicle purchases. They have no problem committing Fraud when the system is there to make it hard to hold businesses to account hoping the customer just wont have the time to deal with it. Im looking into tearing that system down a few notches. If this review saves one family from making the mistake of a house payment with this train wreck Jenkins Auto Group I'd be content with taking the time to write it. They fooled me twice don't let it happen to you.

Looking for a used hybrid, which is difficult to find. The "looking" turned into "buying". I highly recommend our salesperson Sharla Ali. She was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and knowledgeable of her cars. A very professional and fun experience with her, and that's not how I would usually describe buying a car. We are very pleased with our sales experience and pick up our new vehicle this afternoon

Dealer uses deceptive sales tactics. The website shows new car sticker prices, but the dealer adds an additional sticker of questionable value items.

Be extremely careful when getting a quote they will tell you one thing and charge you something else This is common practice for companies that don't care for repeat business as you can see their ratings are very low

I walked through the doors, and the sales consultant, Michael broom Jr. got with me right away. He knew I wanted to trade my car for something better, he was great explaining the whole process in the most easy and simplest of ways. Yeishinett, thank you for doing a great job and taking the time to make sure my car was in perfect condition before I left with it. Deen Bohler the general sales manager, thank you for helping me understand the problem, finding the solution and letting me think it over for a day and the time to talk to my wife on making a decision. ????????????????????

My most recent experience with Jenkins Hyundai was my first oil change on my Santa Cruz. My customer service manager Ty Gould met me as I entered the temporary waiting room (which is very nice and much larger ) he then checked out my vehicle and went over my service order gave me an estimate of time to complete. When completed he retrieved me, went over my bill and I was on my way. Great experience and excellent customer service.

I have mixed reviews. We have had a car fixed there which they did Honor the warranty, on a 2011 Sonata. I will give them props for that! However, we bought a brand new 2023 Palisade- put $20,000 down after 4 weeks of having it get a letter stating our credit was denied. How does this happen? So now.... that means we will have to pay more in interest. That is not bc of lack of bad credit. Only bc we are good about paying off our credit cards. Never do business with them again!

Buyer Beware!Purchased a vehicle over a month ago and waited over 30 days for plates and registration, (to date I still have no title).Emails and phone calls were made daily to multiple people at the dealership.When I did get through to the dealership I was lied to and given false information on multiple occasions.They are the WORSE. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
