I was impressed with a change in the Service department, which was excellent!!! Now a Tech reviews your vehicle with you and specifics of care and maintenance needed. All the while suggesting what is best for the customer!!! I’ve never seen of this before and compliment Jenkins Honda for putting the program in effect!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Jenkins Service Department. They are exemplary!!!!

Bottom line is these folks are highly motivated to sell vehicles. They work with you on every detail and discount as needed to move vehicles. Alonso the salesman was excellent along with his general sales manager. Very positive people. Mike in financing was excellent as well. They get right to the point and don't waste your time or try to push something you don't need. A truely refreshed experience buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Jenkins Honda of Leesburg and I am a hard person to please...Go form your own opinion and if you have been waiting to buy a good vehicle, your wait is over. 5 STARS

Today I drove 1hr to visit a friend of mine and asked if there was a trusted spot to get my oil change. He recommended Jenkins Honda. I dealt with Ryan Cross. His communication with me was a 10-10. I never had to wonder what was needed for my car. Phone calls to update me on where they were with my carHe also told me what was recommended and asked if I wanted to move forward before doing so. I'll drive this hr drive my house to get the service I got today. It's really appreciated. THANK YOU Ryan Cross and everyone else at Jenkins Honda. ??

Everyone at Honda Jenkins Leesburg have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been searching for a car for some time now, with new buyers credit in today’s high interest world I thought I was never going to find something to meet my needs. Well Shawn got me an amazing deal with a reasonable down payment and even had their finance department taught me some credit tips that won’t only help in paying my car off but help with all my future credit needs. One of the nicest Honda service centers that I've been to. Staff are amazing and so kind! They're nice enough to walk you through what needs to be done on the car and they don't push you to spend even more money on repairs that you don't need.But when they're busy, that niceness goes away. The service person for my car forgot to check one thing I'd asked them to look into (and nothing was done about it at all), and they also forgot to call me and update me on the car. I called 4 hrs after I'd dropped my car off to see when it might be ready. The first 2x I called, the phone was immediately answered and hung up without saying anything. So I called a different line in the service center and was transferred to the service person working on my car, who just gave me a "Yeah, your car has been ready" and that was it.This is only my 2nd time getting service done here, and the first time wasn't this bad. I assume they were just overwhelmed with a lot of vehicles, but from my side of things it was very frustrating to feel blown off by a place that I was spending so much money at. Especially when I found out that my car had been ready an hour and a half before I finally got a hold of the service department, and it had just been sitting there all that time. ;A;

I enjoyed the text updates and reminders as well as the real time link as the service was performed. While I waited I took my dog for a nice walk down by silver lake. The picnic table/umbrella option out front is a nice searing option. My car salesman came to say HI even after 20 months had passed!

We found the car online and called about it. Shawn was amazing! He answered all of our questions and had the majority of our paperwork done by the time we drove 2+ hours to get there. We were in and out in less than an hour - test drive and paperwork. Our puppy approved immediately! Great price and car for our 17 year old.

Horrible! I took my car in for an oil change/tire rotation also possible loose screws in front underpanel. Service person said No problem will check it out. My Service person had to leave and protocol ended there. I paid my bill and thought keys were in the car that I had to locate. No keys in my car back in they found the keys. Broken key chain. Then driving the car the front came off dragging.Thanks for the Public/ online response but You should be calling me ! I was told by the service manager that he would be ordering a replacement key chain to replace the broken one. Not holding my breathe its been 3 weeks since my service appointment. No key chain. Customer Service I guess fails when one employee has to leave work.

Customer service is excellent, all the service tech are wonderful, they really make you feel like a friend not just a client. My service tech is Chris he’s awesome definitely is always available if I have any questions and concerns.

Professional service experience. Mechanical issue was diagnosed quickly and service adviser, Samantha Gill, had it corrected while I waited. Everyone I've came into contact with at this dealership has been courteous and helpful.

I have to give a huge shout out to Greg Milliner! Went in looking for a reliable first car for our daughter and he found us the perfect one! He worked hard to get us the best price for the car. We couldn’t be more happy and our daughter is so excited with her new car. Went in for an oil change and they found a nail in my tire! Jiffy lube probably wouldn't have noticed!! These guys did! Service advisor Ryan was excellent and super easy to talk to. 5 stars for Jenkins Honda, 6 stars for Ryan!!

I came into the dealership two days ago and Sean (w the beard) was very helpful and up front with me from the start. I purchased a 2024 Hybrid CRV at a fair price and today I came back with my brother and he purchased a Ridgeline.. Great guy!
