From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, Terrell (vehicle specialist) was amazing! He was professional, polite and downright first class. Terrell was extremely busy helping 3 other people at the same time purchasing vehicles before us. He still managed to help make our visit to the dealership a success. Although throughout the entire process we were unfortunately there for 6 hours (and with a 3 year old). There are definitely some areas within the dealership that can be improved but overall we had a pleasant experience. We love our new Mustang!

This was our 1st visit. Nichole was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure for additional services like we've experienced at other dealerships.

Took our Ford Edge in for a battery issue and the service team was spectacular. They did not oversell us anything and no pressure just first class work and customer service. Prices were fsir too. We highly recommend and will use them in the future. Thank you Key Scales Ford

My Ecosport had a longstanding recall. Was diligent in calling for updates.
My engine blew on the turnpike, and had it towed to your dealership. Car rental was out of my pocket.
I called corporate and fortunately, they covered the rental.
Six weeks, paying up front for rental, Ford is reinbursing me. However, the fact that Key Scales Ford didn't offer or have a loaner was eye opening. Should have gone to a larger dealership. I was being loyal to Key Scales.
Brian was helpful. He did what he could.
Oh yeah, had to put a new battery after 7+ hours with flashers on.
I hated to go to corporate to get satisfaction.
On the bright side, I have a new engine. Now I have to pay for diagnostic to determine WHY my windshield washer isn't working, did before. Also the clip that holds the metal arm to keep hood up is now broken.

Terrell helped me purchase a used Honda CRV. He was patient, polite, and professional. The insurance you have the option to add to the used vehicle is more expensive than other places I’ve gone to. All in all, it was a positive experience and I got a good deal for the vehicle. Thank you!

I called and told them of the problem I was having and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out. When I took it in I was helped by Nicole. She informed me it called for one hour to fix but was very happy when they were finished Nicole told me it only took a half hour and so I wasn't charged for one hour. I appreciated their honesty. This isn't the first time Key Scales has helped. I find them to be very professional and very honest about the work they do and the time it takes.
