They are by appt or walkin. Normal hours are 7am to 2:30pm. Note they are closed for lunch from noon until 12:30. If they are busy people arriving at 11:30 or later will be asked to come back after lunch.

I had a great experience! Tammy was amazing! She was so good! Usually it takes people forever to find a vein. She did it with no pain or problem. The e check in is the best!

The employees are wonderful but the 2-3 hour average wait time is absolutely ridiculous and out of hand.
