Fredericka was great as always she put forth her best efforts this time like she did the last when the managers had a bidding war against me even though I was the first person purchasing the vehicle. I feel like I could have gotten my window tint included in the vehicle purchase but I was not going to continue to go back and forth with the manager about my previous experience at Leesburg VW. I am satisfied with my purcahse but I would like my windows tinted.

I’m 79 years old and I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life. I have never been greeted/treated as well as I was at this dealership. I went to look at a car and left with a new car and for once I felt good about it. Well done, you have a great thing going there. Keep up the good work ?

10/10 every person that works here could not have been nicer! Great customer service & very happy with the service repairs! They even recommend a great dog park that’s a short walk away from the dealership that helped pass the time!

Received a safety recall notice for air bag corrective measures. Very quick responce time and replacement as required. All service personnel were pleasant and professional. Thank you for your timely service.

Kristi is an exceptional service rep. I'm not sure if that's how she spells her name, but I am sure that she cares about her customers because it shows. My car was serviced quickly, and I have confidence that everything is fine.

From check in to check out I received very professional and courteous treatment. I also was told by the gentleman who checked me out I would not be charged for the tire balance because I had waited so long for my service to be completed. Was so appreciative and surprised. Customer service at it's best

If a customer comes with a pre-approval the process shouldn't take long. It took me 4+ hours to buy a car. Price online was not granted at the beginning. It wasn't a smooth transition. At least I took the car for the price I saw online. They didn't allow me to take the car the same day even when my bank offered a graph, but no they wanted a check or run my credit. I would think in 2023 maybe there are better ways to do business with a bank. The day I came back for the car the check was missing after arriving 3 days ago. Then the vehicle was taken to another dealer to be sold. Another 4 hours until I was able to leave the dealer. I won't return to this dealer or recommend it to another person.

When the lights go on, I know I immediately have a feeling of dread. Knowing however that I have wonderful service advocates, okay they call them advisors, at Leesburg Volkswagen makes all the difference. Today could have take Xmas down to nil, but nope instead they took care of me and then some!!!! I appreciate the support and the thinking out of the box approach. Plus, it was a very friendly environment, I think so heard more Good morning Sunshine’s between colleagues, who seemed more like friends than work buddies! Great job to all and a special thanks to my service advocate Dan the Man!!!! Thank you!

As soon as we approached the door a young man, Michael Broom, greeted us with the biggest smile and welcome. Our salesman Ernest Snead was wonderful. My husband has a medical condition that makes him unable to sit for long periods. During the sales negotiations Michael would immediately run to open the door whenever he saw my husband heading for it. He even accompanied him outside so I didn’t have to worry and could talk to Ernest. Ernest Snead was extremely helpful and Informative during my test drive. He went out of his way to insure my every question was answered. Top notch team!

Joel was a very pleasant person to work with. He knew everything about the Golf GTI we were interested in and explained all of its features. He worked with us to make the deal we felt comfortable with, and we did purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend Leesburg Volkswagon and Joel to anyone!

I made my reservation online and I had two problems with my VW Bug...Electronic's & Brakes. The appointment was made for a Sat. morning. I got to the Dealership and found out know one works on Electronic's on a Sat. So I had to have my husband come and pick me up and I left the car because I wasn't about to drive back again with the traffic. It's 31 minutes to get to the dealership w/o traffic and you know their's lots of traffic. You might want to adjust your computers to what kind of service can be done on a Saturday. I did have a medical problem come up and I couldn't pick the car up until the end of the following week and they were very understanding about that.I also liked the video that was sent to me about things the mechanic was looking at!Everything else was just great and the service person that checked me in was great and he also greeted me when I picked up the car.

My mother purchased a new Passat in 2017 and has had several repeated service issues that Jenkins vw is unable to resolve. It has been towed twice at my expense for epc issues and brought in numerous times for sensor problems. Each visit requires hours of my valuable time to drive in from Inverness to repair. Christy the service manager is aware of my issues but still they reoccur. Tonight I picked it up after servicing and the tire sensor lit up again before I reached home.I have never asked for reimbursement for my personal time and travel expenses but now I am upset. I contacted deen the dealer manager and hopefully situation will finally be resolved.

Choosing this location was easy since I live in lake county. I initially was going to go to a closer location such as an Orlando dealership for service but their lack of customer care, consideration of others and human decency helped me to go with my instinct and stick with Leesburg.

I purchased my Ford Explorer from this dealership as well as the maintenance care plan. My fiancé took my SUV to the leesburg Volkswagen dealership today for an oil change only for the service tech to break my truck door and then lie and say that the motor went out when you can clearly see that the door is now off track from it not being properly closed. If the motor went out as the service tech claimed the door would not be off track. You can clearly tell that the trunk door was pushed down instead of the service tech and using the button for the trunk door to automatically close. I have never had any issues with my trunk door until my SUV was taken to Volkswagen in leesburg today for an oil change. Now they want me to pay $100 deductible for something that they broke that should have never been touched to begin with . I called it a supervisor during business hours, only to be sent to her voicemail. I left a message and never received a call back. All they have to do is look at the video footage from when my car was serviced today and they will be able to clearly see that my truck was broken there while it was being serviced. The tech claims he didn’t touch it but I bet the video shows different. The service tech should not have been in my trunk at all for an OIL CHANGE. I am making any, and everyone aware so this does not happen to them and advise you not to take your vehicle to the Leesburg Volkswagen dealership for any type of service.
