If you can give no stars to neg I would. This is not my first time dealing with this medical supply company. It's as bad as it was many years ago when I dealt with them for my mother over 20 years ago. Same issues. Today I was informed that the portable rechargable oxygen machine is not working for my father. He says there is nothing that can be done over the weekend. I call and they tell me becuase he has a home in home electric machine they are unwilling to send someone out on a weekend. I guess if you require o2 you aren't allowed to leave your house for almost 48 hours by their standards. People go to the store and have to do other things. He lives alone and I am several hours away. My father has a job that requires him to be outside as well doing stuff where he wears the machine. So Ig uess he isn't allowed to do that either. The after hours place puts me on hold and just leaves it there for 30 mintes and doesn't check back after I demand to have something done. I will be calling monday and finding him a new company. This is not how you deal with life support equiptment.

The initial visit went very well I had an issue with the mask and needed a follow up visit to get fitted with a new mask. Left messages and got no response. I finally reached the answering service and told them we were in the area and asked if it was ok to stop down. She said she would relay our message. Brittney called us back and said if we could be there by two, then they would fit us in. When we arrive, we were met by this woman who was very rude and disrespectful told us this wasn’t how they did business that we needed to make an appointment we had told her that Brittany said that it was OK to come on down and she informed us Brittany was on her lunch that we would have to sit and wait till she was done. This woman was very rude. Very disrespectful and if I have a chance to change providers to a different location we’re going to do that. I definitely would give this business a one star rating

They were good when I paid cash for my supplies, now I have Medicaid crickets!!! My concentrator isn’t working correctly & I’m running out of Oxygen Cylinders. COPD & only 20% of my lungs work, been calling for over a month now!!! The got paid through my Medicaid so where is my Oxygen supplies?? The worst communication system ever for someone who may not live another year!!! So disgusted just got off the phone with Dr office they are finding a new company to deal with!!!

Brittany and the team at Lincare were fanominal! They were professional, efficient and so kind. They did their home work before talking to me so they knew exactly what services I needed and how best to set me up with the proper equipment. They knew what my insurance would pay for and any stumbling blocks I should watch out for. I am so glad to have found Lincare Inc. For all my medical care appliances.! Thank you to Brittany and Rosa ! You are really a godsend!

Terrible customer service, I’ve been getting CPAP supplies for 10 years my last supplies received in January. They told me I needed to get a new prescription and fax it to their office, so I did! It’s been a month and still can’t get supplies. The last operator I spoke with today never mentioned the prescription so I assumed they had received it. I called to order supplies following speaking with Leesburg office and they said I needed a new perscription!!!! This is horrible customer service, I think I’m going to find a new supply company!!

This Lincare Co.must have been bought out by Other Co.'s....eg: Medical West, Almed, Breatheasy, United Medical and 4 more throughout country.
I would leave this minute if Medicare does not require you to stay with same O2 company for 5 yrs!

The employees at Lincare have ALWAYS uallybeen Just short of nasty. Respiratory patients with breathing problems are usually difficult, rsr but I have to hand to the Lincare peop4x more nasty. le. They are more nasty and shut up the paients quickly. This is kudos to their trainers. From Ft Myers to Houston. And most recently was me instead of a customer. Difference? I can be 4x nastier The person I spoke to was pro b ably very glad I hung up.
