Looking for the right mattress for myself and my partner. We both are handicap and getting a good night sleep is important, much so that our daily challenges will be met. Purchased April, mine has been perfect. My partners yurned out to be too soft. Called Mattress Firm, they said come to the store, pick out what you feel would be better. We did, they scheduled a time to come and swap out her bed for the restocking fee and delivery fee. This was worth it. Now Mattress Firm has two happy and most satisfied customers.

We were looking to upgrade our Queen bed to an adjustable king bed and Mara was very helpful, pleasant and Knowledgeable in showing us all of the mattress with the adjustable base.

Buying a high quality mattress is a big purchase and you want to work with a professional who can guide you and advise you. We really enjoyed working with Mara and Daniel. Mara answered all of our questions and guided us to the right product. She was always educating us to help us make the right decision rather than just trying to sell us. It is that for that reason that we trusted her to advise us on the mattress that was just right for us! We are so happy with our purchase and we will shop Mattress Firm again!

Very nice staff, answered all our questions and made the experience memorable. Not pushy at all and made the sales part more conversational. We got the tail end of Labor Day sales, right before the next price increase. So that was what sealed the deal. Can’t wait to try it out!! Sweet dreams on a cooking king bed!

Harrison greeted my wife and I with a very pleasant smile and welcome. It was uphill from there. We describe what we were looking for and Harrison showed us our choices. He described the differences between them along with advantages and disadvantages as well as the prices of each. We made our selections and Harrison wrote up the contract and explained how everything worked. Mara was also very enjoyable to talk with while Harrison was getting things ready for us. It was a very enjoyable experience doing business with them. I'd recommend Mattress Firm, Leesburg very highly. Bob and Sue Lutz.
