The staff are great people, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, patient, and supportive without pushing to make a sale. Customers report efficient service and never feeling pressured or 'upsold.' The business has a large repair shop with factory trained service technicians and a fully stocked mobile service van for fast in-home service, as well as no obligation in-home shopping and demonstrations. They accommodate needs and go above and beyond in customer service, able to help with mobility equipment, vehicle fittings, and installations. We recently brought a motorized scooter in for repair. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They repaired our scooter in a fast and efficient manner. Have used Mr. Mobility two times, one at the store another with home service. Both times I had excellent service and a very knowledgeable staff. My scooter is not a brand they carry, but ordering the parts and the prompt service was 5 star
