It's a shame that the mall is so dead. I just don't understand why people don't shop there more. It's so convenient. But it's great for getting your walking step numbers up.

Seems clean enough but most stores are closed and the place seems deserted for the most part. Only good thing in there is the movie theater. Even bath and body works is low on stock at this location.

This place has brought a lot of affordable joy to my family. I hope they reopen the ice skating rink that Covid killed. The arcade here is amazing. All the machines are kept working and clean. I feel safe and always have a good time.

The Lake Square Mall has a huge shoe store that is awesome. But the era of huge indoor shopping malls packed with people aren't as they once were. But it's worth it to support the businesses that are holding on!

Too many stores are closed. A nice selection here if you are not expecting high end. Well kept place, not shabby. Generally has what I am looking for.

It’s has the essentials needed to come an have look… there’s arcade , some food and entertainment. Not how it used to be when I was a kid but we can definitely bring it back . I urge you to go to lake square mall and enjoy yourself . Bring it back to how it was Thanks .!

Dirty and boring. Most of the stores have low quality products and sell for more than they're worth. The best part of the mall is the food court, where you actually enjoy the things you buy. The arcade staff are depressing, security is never around when needed, and the mall will not answer or return calls.
It's time to tear this building down and put a park there.

I had a horrible experience in this mall
Your security employee violated my HIPPA rights by questioning my LICENSED service animal. Security guard was a short older man(hispanic) brown skin.
He did not care to listen to what i had say and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and rushed us to leave the mall.He did not listen or understand to anything i was trying to say. He said he didn’t care what service animal i have and that i need to leave as soon as possible. He made me and my sister feel very uncomfortable by watching us until we left.
He did not introduce himself and approached us in an unprofessional manner!
