DISHONEST SERVICE! This place is all about sales and the mighty dollar. Took a flat tire in off of my car to be repaired and blatantly tried to make me think tire was dry rotten and unrepairable. Tire is 3 years old. I've done tire work myself for years so you were not bluffing me. This is not the first run in with 3 different Pep boys around Leesburg. They all practice dishonest service it seems. Be ware if you are going to Pep boys.
A follow up to the original visit: I took my tire to another place just down the road and they were able to repair it with no problem what so ever. 22$ and out the door I went.Tire is still doing just fine..This is where I will buy tires when the time comes, and honest and reputable place. No dishonest Pep boys again. I just want other people to be aware of what could happen and probably does very often.

This was a Tires and Service only store that got the tires I wanted the next day at a good price. Would of been nice if they dressed them though..

My wife noticed a tire had an issue and turns out there was a screw in the tire. I called Pep Boys 2 hours to closing. They told me I could drop off and they would fit me in for the tire repair and it would take 1.5 hours. About 45 minutes after drop off I got a call back that the tire was fixed. They were fast and polite. Great fist experience.

So grateful to this team! Daniel, Rob, and Jay have their act together. Customer friendly, work well together, kept me informed, provided documentation of everything from the diagnostic outcomes and services.
My air wasn’t working, I needed 2 new tires, and an oil change. A hot mess, pun intended! Daniel, at the desk, explained the diagnostic process and costs to evaluate the a/c. He also reviewed what was needed, why, and options. Everything was on paper. Wait time was as promised.
Daniel made some calls and found a better price on a/c parts. I needed a Saturday apt (2 days later) for the big job and they were able to accommodate me.
Rob, the technician, did the complicated work. Said he had to take the whole front end off my euro coup to get to the broken unit. The team says he is the best tech in the state. No doubt here!
I came back after the shop had just closed and he still came out to answer a few questions that I had. He listened, and helped me understand.
Now let’s talk about your “lounge”… just kidding. Seriously though, get the folks at the top to invest in this space! Come on Mr. Willetts… do something to improve the comfort of customers waiting to pay you! Make Moe, Manny, and Jack proud. ?

Took 3 hours to service my vehicle oil and rotation
