This is my first time to do my car service with them and not a good experience at all. I did my appointment by phone, and I requested synthetic oil and tire rotation. Also, at the store, I requested the same oil and the tires services. They didn't put synthetic oil and rotated the tires either on my vehicle.

I love this Pepboys location on Radio Road in Leesburg! Rich is always fantastic and such a great help and the mechanics always do such a great and thorough job. I couldn’t recommend this location enough. Also, you’re within walking distance of the mall if you want something to do while you wait!
