NEVER USE PETSMART FOR ANY GROOMING ! My Wife brought our dog Coco to the Leesburg petsmart location for a trim and a bath. This is the second time we've used petsmart for this purpose and while there the first time it was overly stated that she was to take a 1/2 inch off and Katie was going to use the clippers and my wife stopped her, she thought she was supposed to leave a 1/2 inch. My wife asked them to use scissors and not clippers and again today she used the clippers Coco is a Havanese with long hair with black tips that was absolutely stunning until she was placed in Katie's care today, now she is buzz cut with none of her attributes. My wife explained to Katie that she only wanted an inch of hair removed from coco and she took the clippers to her and cut all of her hair off, this is after she had been there for 2 1/2 hours and according and to petsmart the night before the only dog Katie had scheduled this morning. After my wife spoke to the manager Johnathan he said that he wouldn't charge for the cut. Way to step and try to make things right! They never finished the cut, her face was never trimmed and what she trimmed on her body was a half assed job at best with different lengths on her back and chest. If you dare to bring your pet to this place for grooming keep in mind that you have been WARNED. go to a real groomer and don't waste your time and money for sub par efforts by people who don't care!

I would not recommend this place I had a appointment to have my dogs haircut at 1230 and I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours I went back at 430 and he hasn't had a haircut yet so they charged me $35.00 for a bath

They cut my cat's hair so he wouldn't be so hot during the summer. They did a fine job and handled him with care and ease. You can stay in the same room with them and watch how your pet responds to their care. This is the second time we've brought Cooper to PetSmart.

At the Saint Lucie location They had puppy training and it was very good it's actually training you to train your dogs! My pup learned to WAIT when the front door was opened. that is a must for dogs so they don't dash out in front of of you! She sits, rolls over ". leave it " as she walks around looking at all the toys she wants but never took! I was very Proud of her

Tabitha did a great job on my dog’s grooming! She had cancellations and called to see if I wanted to come in earlier which freed up my evening and took time and care for my pup. He is scared of the groomer but he was falling asleep with her because he was comfortable. Thank you Tabitha! :)

I have been bringing my Yorkie to PetSmart for grooming for the past few years. I always schedule Tabitha, if she is available. She is absolutely amazing! beyond talented and always leaves my special girl looking incredible. I am so thankful for the services provided and I truly hope they treat their staff well.

Katie did an excellent job on my baby. She went above and beyond! They also cleaned his ears and he feels so much better, he seems happier! Will be going back!

I took my dog there 3 times and will NOT go back. The first time, I expected my mid-sized Lab mix to be anxious, so I thought nothing of it. The second time, they called me back within the hour to come get her because she would not let them cut her nails and was overly anxious. There was no charge at that time, but they suggested I bring her when it wasn't busy so that she wouldn't get so anxious. Advice taken. I made her third appointment on a day they said would not be busy and indeed there were only two other dogs there upon arrival. Two hours later, I picked her up and was told that she would not let them cut her nails but that she got her bath. My family and I noticed that she did NOT SMELL CLEAN. Making me suspicious if they even gave her a bath at all. They charged me full price and I left the groomer a tip, but my poor dog left there anxious and she pulled on the leash so hard, I fell to the ground right in front of the sliding doors, scraping my knees and causing some bruising on an arm, where I fell. My dog could not get to the car fast enough. That's the last time they will ever see my fur baby again! "Keep the change you filthy animal!"

they had to call me because somehow they traumatized my puppy. My puppy been getting groom elsewhere since 1 yrs old and never had an issue. I will never take my dog there again.

Please do not take your pets here. This location cut my yorkis hair by his testicle to low causing him to have an abrasion. Also having me pay an additional $100 for an antibiotic because it caught infection. The lack of experience these little girls has. Pet smart you should do better in hiring !!!!!

I will NEVER return to this location or any location to have my dogs groomed. I took both of my dogs to this location for a bath & full haircut @ 12:30 pm & received a phone call @ 4:30 pm to tell me my dogs were ready for pickup. Upon my arrival, I see that only one dog has been groomed and the other one was not. I was explained that my dog was 'aggressive' & that he bit the groomer while she attempted to groom him. I have NEVER, NEVER received this type of feedback from any of the Petsmart groomers, EVER. He's been going there for over 2 years. I find it quite troubling that I wasn't informed of this until I arrived . By the way, they close at 5 & I have a suspicion that b/c it was closing time, Katie ( & the rest of her staff) chose NOT to groom him. I'm livid. Katie could have easily picked up the phone well before 4:30 & explained the situation. So, I call B.S. all the way around. I am beyond upset that they were so focused on cleaning and leaving that my dog was mistreated & not groomed.

Do not book with Diana T. - I have been taking my 15 yrs old dog for over 5 years to PetSmart but this location has been the worst. We recently moved to town and this was the closest location to me and recently they decided to not take my dog for grooming anymore. Not only did the wrong type of haircut but the groomer Diana T. argued that my dog was not easy to handle. I have taken my dog like a said, for over 5 years to different PetSmarts and no groomer never had told me that. Some groomers at other locations even told me that they will give my senior dog breaks so she doesn't get tired. All the time, I've been told that they will take good care of my dog and that they will be patient with her, but this groomer, Diana, in specific was denying service to my senior dog like no senior dogs have issues to stand for long hours. There are other reviews with the same issues for senior dog but if they can only take cute puppies, then bet that they are not providing the best care to your fur babies. There are other amazing local grooming services around.

My wife and I have done beginner puppy classes with Alyssa and she was great. Our puppy learned more than we thought they would teach. She's so good with the puppies. Highly recommend her!

I would give zero if possible. My dog was cut down to skin in several places on her body, her ears were cut to skin while also leaving random long pieces and the inside of ear never touched. I was called and told groomer could not finish grooming because my dog was snapping at her. That has NEVER happened before and we travel, so she has had different groomers. When I picked her up I knew why, she was cut to skin in several places so the groomer was hurting her. She also trimmed her tail but left a puffball on the end ????? She is not a poodle. I normally don’t post reviews but maybe this will save some other dog from being subjected to this.
