I was having trouble with Walgreens having my medication in stock so I went to my Dr’s office Leesburg location and the Dr said to pick a pharmacy close by that had my medication and he would electronically send it to them. The Pharmacist came up as the closest so I called them and asked if they had my medication and could they fill it. They said they did indeed have my medication and they could fill it upon receiving the electronic rx from my Dr. When I arrived I gave them my license as well as insurance and as I waited I could clearly hear them talking about my prescription and they said “is she from around here? I have heard of her Dr but she seems to live elsewhere”. The pharmacist then came to me and asked me why I came there to fill my prescription and I explained that no Walgreens in the area I lived (the villages) had the dosage that was prescribed. They once again went to the side where I could clearly hear them talking about me and my situation as though I couldn’t hear every word. Then the pharmacist came back and asked me again why I went to this pharmacy and I proceed to tell him AGAIN about the shortage of my medication in my area. He literally said to me “well, I find it hard to believe that no one has your medication” . I asked him if he wanted to call myPharmacy and he said “well we have been down this road before and we really don’t know if we can go down that road again. I was shocked that this place of business implied that I was lying or that Walgreens was lying. I literally felt guilty of something that I never did. I was extremely un comfortable to say the least. I will never go back there. I felt judged because of the medication that MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME. I hope that this establishment reads this and stops assuming things and starts treating every individual fairly.

Wonderful people and services! We’ve been going there for years and everyone is pleasant and caring. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. The inside store is absolutely lovely with an array of sundries not found anywhere else. This is the best pharmacy we’ve ever been to and it’s always a pleasure.

What a great place with friendly staff. I am transferring my rx's from Winn Dixie to here. Such a delight to walk in and NOT be ignored or treated like you are dumb. Why didn't I do this sooner?

This pharmacy is amazing. They treat you as a family. My family has been going to them for over 30 years, starting with Jim. My husband has been sick since he caught Covid back in 2020. We have been to so many doctors to try and figure out what has happened to him that it is beyond frustrating. Sean and Alyssa started working with him 4 months ago and what a difference. I know it is a small start but he now has quality back in his life. He is not in bed all the time hurting. He actually is out of bed more now and able to go and do things, small things but it is a start. This would not be possible if it wasn’t for Sean and Alyssa diving into his medical and looking at the route of what is causing all this, besides being told it is just long haulers disease. I would highly recommend them and the pharmacy to anyone who is looking for that down home know you name pharmacy and staff. Oh yeah and the staff are AMAZING as well. My family absolutely love them!!!

I was searching far and wide for a specific perfume from a specific year. I finally found what I was looking for on the website and contacted them through email. Leslie emailed me back and was a pleasure to work with and help me get that particular perfume at a great price. Excellent customer service I would definitely go back and shop with her again.

I am always treated like family here, absolutely love this pharmacy. Called this morning to see if I had a refill for my migraine medicine, and asked for it to be filled asap and they quoted 45 minutes and it was done in 15. They’re amazing. Also very helpful and knowledgeable about CBD.

First time going inside and wow! Absolutely love this place! Friendly folks and super customer oriented and they have a great apothecary with botanical lotions, essential oils, handcrafted soaps and lots more ..oh and the massive aquarium is spectacular!

I recieved my package today in excellent shipping time, and I don't think I've every received a package so securely shipped. Study box, taped tightly. Bubble wrapped for any bounce. Each item was encased in taped bubble wrap, along with more bubble wrap to line the box so there wasn't any room for movement . A sticker was placed on the side of the box labled Fragile.I purchased some perfumes, and all of them are legit. I'm a fragrance fanatic,so I do have some insight to perfumes.Will I trade business again with The Pharmacist. 110% YES.

My wife and I drove from Gainesville to get our Johnson & Johnson Covid Vax. We called the day before and got an appointment right away. We overshot the drive time and got there super early. They were so accommodating and got to us early. After filling out the paperwork in our car, they brought us in and we were able to get vaccinated privately in one of their patient rooms. The shop is ADORABLE. Everyone was SO kind. Whoever curates for them is amazing. The products in the store are upscale, it’s clean and super orderly and still incredibly welcoming. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way.

usually they always have my meds on time until today the first time in 30 years a woman said because some months have 28 days and some have 31 etc that some days don't count! ?I reply the bottle date and explain its passed 28 days legal and she continues on with the same nonsense so i just agree andget off the phone cause I get panic attacks easily apnd .
