We had the shrimp tackle box. It's a bit spicy but good. The lemonade was joce and tart. The service... oh my goodness!! Absolutely horrible!!! We were served by "Queen". To be honest I don't know how they stay open with someone like her greeting you. No hello, no thank you. I was greeted with what's the name? Could hardly understand what she was asking me and just kept on sighing. It was extremely uncomfortable. It made the atmosphere extremely unpleasant. I asked for classic lemonade. It was like the end of the earth had arrived. More sighing on her part. Then she said what do you want in it? Strawberry or Mango. I said I would like the classic. She said nothing in it. (By now I had said it twice!). I repeated no thank you, just the classic. The place at the time was almost empty. I was the first, then 2 more arrived after me. They all got served and I waited over 20 minutes. Kust to clarify there were 4 people working in the back. Extremely disorganized. Then my name was called and joyous "Queen" (sarcasm) dropped it in front of me. Not here's your order, or sorry to keep you waiting or thank you. Nothing. Would I go back there again at that location? Not on your life! Especially since the food was mediocre.

The staff was amazing today (2/14/24) but the food was horrible. By far Leesburg fell off. I used to enjoy this place. I have no idea why the food was so terrible. But the staff was amazing and the service was by far amazing!

I went in on a Saturday during lunch (about 1:00 or so), and it was pretty busy, which typically doesn’t bother me, I’m fine waiting. However, the way the business was handled, was awful to say the least. The lady at the counter was very sweet and was doing her best to get orders put in and out as quickly as she could…until she wasn’t. After a little bit of taking orders, she just stopped all together to catch up on mobile orders (when there were five people in line in the lobby waiting to have their order taken including myself). So while the people who were waiting in line in person had to wait 15+ minutes to place an order, the workers were basically ignoring everyone in the lobby unless their order was already placed. If your order wasn’t placed, might as well have not existed. Before leaving the counter, she gave out cups to the people in line who wanted drinks with their food, but didn’t charge. So when my partner and I finally decided to leave to go elsewhere, I regrettably didn’t pay for the drink because there was no one at the counter paying attention enough to even charge me! It’s a shame because I do enjoy eating at Popeyes, but I doubt I’ll be coming to this location again.

The girl taking orders 2/2/24 7:43pm is taking 1-2 orders and then intentionally walks away until those orders are filled and then takes one more. I waited for about 20 minutes and finally left without ordering I was 3rd in line. The line was to the door.

Don't waste your time here. Service sucks, waited 20 minutes to place order and finally left. Cook in the back was rude when I asked what was going on. I'd give no stars if I could. It's a shame because I used to frequent this place alot. I will not return to this Popeyes ever again.

I order a lot from here, I mean ALOT. Every single time I do a mobile order, it’s never ready. They literally keep telling me “I didn’t see it” every single time I come here. The point of a mobile order is for it to be ready when I get there. I ordered 30 minutes in advance then waited 15 minutes at the store while they took care of everyone but me. 40+ minutes for an order is crazy. It’s a good business, but it’s poor work ethics that drive a good business into the ground. Please get it together. Could’ve even offer me a drink for waiting 40+ minutes.

Food is always great, but I’ve worked in food a long time and have never hated my life as much as EVERY employee hated theirs today. This review is for management to save their staff that is clearly drowning. Thanks for working y’all even though you made it a hostile experience to even order food from a place that only sells food.
