“To be able to put a stamp on an envelope and send it across the U.S. in a few days is a pretty good deal. However, I'm finding there's no advantage to paying more for faster delivery because typically they don't deliver any faster. If it wasn't for junk mail the postal employees wouldn't have a job. Cut residential deliveries to 2 days a week and save us a bundle of money.”

“This is one of the nicest post offices ever! Often there is only one postal worker on duty, so they do have to close for lunch hours. But the staff here is always kind and very professional. Is almost like time travel to a much simpler time!”
“Hey so I love the store when I go, how attentive they are. How i have everything at my disposal , and everything is available. Very helpful people. BUT THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT TO DELIVER, left me a slip for a signature needed. A few , how would I know if these were delivered to my parcel box! I don't check my mail every day. And if a signature is required, (which by the way, i put to waive the needed signature thing) WHY WOULDNT U BRING IT TO MY DOOR? OR DO YOU EXPECT ME TO WAIT ALL DAY AT PARCEL BOX DOWN THE STREET. COME ON MAN!”

I always get treated with respect, my packages are never damaged, always scanned as delivered and placed in my box and if I ever need anything looked up, Paul is ALWAYS extremely helpful. He is a true Professional and I always look forward to seeing him when I go there.It's still the tiny little place it always has been and us folks in Yalaha LOVE IT!”

“We were disappointed that a custom photo album that we had created to honor my Mother-in-laws 90th birthday was never received, although both the vendor and the USPO website showed delivery completed weeks earlier to a mail lock box in the Villages. After the initial frustration of trying to connect with a live rep, we went from frustrated, to delighted and impressed. Our rep carefully documented the problem and relayed the service request to the Lake Forest Post Office while I was on the line. Within an hour, senior supervisor Holmes Ortiz called back to confirm he had contacted the carrier and would personally drive over to check if necessary. The next day he called to confirm success, but also to please call him back if my MIL didn't receive it that day. Awesome service!”

“We have used this USPS location for many years, and have always had a good experience there. In spite of sometimes stressful and demanding conditions and a high volume of traffic, the postal clerks there have always been professional, friendly, and efficient, and knowledgeable. For anyone who complains about the service there, just put yourself on the other side of the counter, and think of the inconvenience you would experience if this branch were ever closed (which was proposed a few years ago). We appreciate the service we receive both there and for our home mail delivery carrier. We are thankful for the dedicated postal employees who keep the mail flowing.”
