“The service in this particular UPS is exceptional. They are welcoming and professional. A staff by the name of Corey made the difference to me by his service. I was returning a product from Amazon and the company where I bought it was charging me to return it, but Corey walked me through the process to avoid paying to return it. His empathy in helping people to save money in the process amazed me. Thank you Corey!”

“I visited the Leesburg store in Okahumpka,Fl to return packages. A young lady by the name of Kayla was a tremendous help. She shared options with me that I was aware of. I quickly made my choice. In and out in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store. Ask for Kayla she can provide assistance if needed.”

“Today, I went to the OD store with a project that I thought was going to be simple. After two and a half hours trying everything I knew to do a solution popped into my mind. After consulting with the sales person, Rich, who had tried everything he knew to do to help. With Rich's assistance he took my idea and worked his magic and finally got me a finished product sent to my email. It's been a very long time that a sales associate, Rich went over and above to see that my product would get done. Thank you so much Rich for making sure to help me to get the results I needed.”

“I stopped by hoping that I could get something I needed for my business meeting printed out and wire bound. I really didn’t have the time to wait for the next day. It was a blessing that Tonya was working in the print center!! She did everything she could to help me get it done, she did a fantastic job and has great customer service care!! Not sure who the management is, but if you read this, you definitely need to give her a raise and definitely praise! This is the kind of employee that if I was running a business that I would definitely want on my team!! Great job Tonya and thank you for a great job! You went above and beyond!”
