“I needed to get insulin sent ASAP and went to this location early in the morning yesterday. They explained the insulin would sit all day until the truck came at 5:30. Suggested I take it home and keep it in the refrigerator and bring it back closer to pick up time. I was able to purchase insulin cooling bags from Walgreens that will keep it cold for up to 60 hours! It is on its way now and I am getting updates. Delay due to flight but it is staying cool and should be delivered tomorrow. Printing the label at home saved me $74 and if you compare the price with FedEx estimate, I saved over $100 in shipping costs. I was pleased enough with the staff at this location that I brought donuts. Five stars!

“I stopped by hoping that I could get something I needed for my business meeting printed out and wire bound. I really didn’t have the time to wait for the next day. It was a blessing that Tonya was working in the print center!! She did everything she could to help me get it done, she did a fantastic job and has great customer service care!! Not sure who the management is, but if you read this, you definitely need to give her a raise and definitely praise! This is the kind of employee that if I was running a business that I would definitely want on my team!!

“this UPS runs professionally and efficiently. I am always greeted and taken care of. Have been with them for 3 years and I am always happy with their services. The negative comments I would not pay too much attention because some people do not understand how costly things are and are used to be catered to. Everyone needs to understand tat if you encounter a situation Nick will be happy to help you. one should not let one bad experience keep you from this business. come back and give them a second chance.
