In general you can expect short wait times and friendly service. So why 3 stars? Twice they have had questions about my prescriptions, and twice they have canceled the script without a call or a text. Both times I only found out about the issue when I came to pick up the order. The catch 22 with this pharmacy is that all of the conveniences that come with such a large company also come with the drawback of not really seeing the customer as a person to be communicated with.

Prescription filled accurately and quickly. prescription was ready for pickup. You can make payment before you get there to save waiting time from their app.

Went to Publix Pharmacy to get a flu shot after calling my insurance were can I get my free flu shot, and they mentioned Publix Pharmacy. I had a flu shot on previous years, and this time the pharmacist hurt my arm. It was an immediate reaction and I told her she hurt me. My arm is sore and have trouble moving it. I will not get it done with this pharmacist again. She also had a very defensive way to respond to me when addressing the problem.She did not show sympathy in any way.

I am not pleased with my experience(s) at Walmart Pharmacy on Heald Way so I decided to give Publix Pharmacy a try. A prescription was called in by my doctor and when I went in it was ready. I hadn't even had the opportunity to give them my insurance information but was pleased to learn they had taken the initiative and looked up my information so I had very little to attend to on my first visit. The service was great. I'll be going back and would encourage you to give them a try if you're not happy with your current vendor.

I was so pleased to see carts being disinfected, aisles cleaned, a cheerful and perky staff, shelves stocked as best they could, a large variety of everything. You seem to be the only normal place around! I have always shopped with you and will continue. Great job!!
