I have never had an issue with them. Just MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR LAB ORDERS! The folks are super nice and efficient but quick.

I have always had a great experience when having blood tests done at this location. The techs are friendly, easy going, talkative and smooth with the needle (that's the best part). I can't imagine what it is like to stick people in the arms 50 times a day, so I try to be as cool and easy going as they are. An easy patient makes for an easy experience.

Terrible, the phone app kept asking g questions, never did get to the appointment tment part to make appointment. Third to use web site appointment app. And that did not work either, took all the I formation but could not schedule appointment. Sort of sucks.

RUN! The techs are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent will take multiple jabs to find a vein and think it's funny. They managed to find 12 of the most miserable cows you've ever met and lock them in the same building with needles. I wish I would have read the reviews before going, could have saved my arm a week of pain and bruising. Seriously find ANY other location to get your labs done, this place is a butcher shop. Horrible experience.

Tried to make a appointment over the phone today may 5,23,, the Droid on the other end was asking all the questions for me to answer ,, ok I understand that,,, question of my first and last name came up,, very simple name here folks like Bob. Brown,, simple enough right,, that piece of smdjdjfnfn on the other end could not get it ,, time and time again asking me,, what's my name again,after about 5,of these I'm freaking fuming,, ,finally I just screamed into the phone knowing no one was listening that could comprehend,, what the hell is our little world coming to, I'll give em a 1 since there ain't no zero

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I am livid! They really don’t care here. The first appointment I told the girl I am nervous and I don’t like needles. I told her I needed the butterfly needle. She asked “If I thought I needed it or if I did need it, because they were in short supply of them.” I said needed! I was having glucose test done so she said I will be there for an hour. No problem. Then she called me back to do it, I then started hyperventilating as she couldn’t find my veins, then she became concerned about me not liking needles. I then started blacking out, she said come back next week. She was ok to work with, very knowledgeable, could be a lot more empathetic. Came back a week later, computer allowed me to come in at 10:10. Drove 20 min to get there, and once I got there the lady said we can’t do the test because we close at 11. She could not understand my frustration about me driving 20 min to be told they could not do the test because it would be after 11. I pointed out the computer system allowed me to choose this test at this time. If there was a problem I should have not been able to do it. No where on the website does it say any tests that take beyond closing is not doable. She said it was the computer and my fault for choosing a test that went beyond 11. So, that means they kick everyone out at 11? They stop drawing customer’s blood and say it’s 11, get out? She then tells me I’m rude and I will be told to leave. I even asked her if she understood my frustration and she didn’t say anything! No manager on site and wasn’t given a phone number to complain to. Not only did I waste gas, time, and severe anxiety about a needle is wasted again for the second week. Made an appointment for next week for a third try! Meaning 120 min of driving and having anxiety again. I’m going to ask my doctor for a new place for blood work, this is just ridiculous! Change the website for certain tests at certain hours or put on the website saying anything beyond closing is not doable!!!!

Had an appointment there today, the check in was so easy, you put your drivers license and insurance card to be scanned into this kiosk and within minutes you are escorted to a room for the blood draw. All was wonderful until Sherry started talking, she was a TOTAL KAREN! I was taken back by her gruff mannerism and lack of personality. Now I know they don't have to coddle a patient, but she was nasty. I will say that the stick was ok. If I find the need for bloodwork again, I'll think about trying a different company.

1st time there, no appointment because I go in the afternoons, but it was 1st day after holiday weekend. But despite being busy they were still very fast getting me back. Check in process is quick and easy.We had an issue because the orders my doc's office faxed hadn't reached them. But rather than tell me to come back (which other places might have done) the person at Quest got on the phone, managed to get thru the phone tree my large PC group has to reach a live person, and got the orders resent very quickly. And in addition this person gave me the quickest painless "stick" I've ever had.Oh, and it's only been 2 days and they're already posting lab results online -- their online portal is also really good.All in all, great customer service, very speedy, and most efficient place I've ever been. I was seriously impressed and glad I tried them out -- I'll be using them from now on.

Checked in at 10:40 am on 11-02-2022 Asked 3 Times Why my Name was Not Showing on List and Was I Checked in. Still Waiting and Finally told it Does not Show Me. Going to Wait and let You know when I Finally Get Taken Back.

The check in was easy and efficient, with a fairly short wait. The staff were easy to talk to and very helpful. As someone who can't afford insurance at the moment but really needs bloodwork done, a staff member helped me get the lowest possible price. I will definitely be coming here again if needed :)

Very Happy to Have Found a Great Lab after Moving to Florida! I retired here from Indiana and am in the process of looking for all new healthcare providers. Everyone I had there for over 20-30 years were amazing doctors, so I know this may be a challenge! Quest in Leesburg had good reviews and accepted my insurance. I made an appointment online for blood work as a follow up from my dr. in Indiana. Check-in was easy and as I sat in the waiting room, I observed all of the lab techs being very friendly to all of the patients as they took them back for their tests. I was taken back very close to my appt time (I went early am). (Mask are currently required.) Completed the remaining paperwork as a new patient with my tech very easily. I barely felt the needle and was on my way in a few minutes. Highly recommend, and will continue using Quest for lab work.
