This location is TOP SHELF!! If I could 10 stars, it would be my choice! Super friendly staff and the waiting area was clean and the coffee was great! Jacob was very informative and treated my F-350 like it was his own. Quick and simple process, and the installation looks great. Can’t even tell the original windshield was replaced. THANK YOU far a fantastic experience!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for all your auto glass needs!

Beware!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a tiny crack and Joshua came out to “fix” it. He asked if it was repaired and it was NOT. He acted like he didn’t believe my husband and proceeded to hit it with his tool and made the crack much bigger. Now this “fix” looks much worse than when he started. My husband spoke to the mgr and was advised he could “just replace the whole windshield”. We didn’t want an after market windshield without tint etc. the original crack was so tiny. Now it’s 4x worse. Stay away.

Had my windshield replaced by Safelite with a damaged windshield from Columbus Nebraska not two weeks later the windshield is cracked across the front and I'm here in Leesburg Florida to repair it and they won't cover it. I recommend not doing business with them. The technician from Columbus had installed a damaged windshield fixed it and I stalled it and it is cracked clear across the whole . Date of repair was 8/27/24 address 2203 23rd st Columbus Nebraska 68601 technician name Brent id 0645-939

I was on the FL turnpike when a huge piece of metal from all the construction being done on the highway a piece of metal flew up and hit my front windshield!
I went to Safelite and Josh took such good care of me, and it only took 2 hours.

I called regarding a warranty question. I’d previously had a back window replaced and it began to leak. It was covered by warranty, I was provided an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was quickly seen, they told me how long it would take—and presto it was repaired for free.

Had a rock crack my new car’s windshield and was extremely stressed out. Sam was assuring that they would be careful and replace it. It looks perfect and they recalibrated the safety cameras.My stress was unnecessary. Thanks Sam and SafeliteHad to edit my review after cutting my finger on glass that was on the passenger seat. Shreds of glass are all over the passenger mat along with pieces of some sort of weather stripping that was on the seat, in the gear shifter cover and floor mat. There are small pieces of glass in the speaker on the dash and even in my door handle. The thing is I only had a chip that was close to the end. It wasn’t shattered. My Epass wasn’t put back on, I had to ask for it. Now I have to waste time to get them to clean up the small pieces of glass.I get that accidents happen but with this much glass left, I can only bet that there was quite a bit to start.This was really disappointing. Sam said to bring it back to clean it up. Wish someone would have warned me there was glass broken in my newly detailed car.The new windshield has to be replaced because it wasn’t seated into the cowl! It looks horrendous.Another wasted Sat coming up and a nervous customer after all these mistakes.The store manager Raul, did not make excuses and said it needs to be done again.Can’t be anymore upset or disappointed.
