Satellite did a good job on our windshield but they sold us windshield wipers and told us we could have them replaced every six months. The first time we tried to get new wipers, they advised us that corporate changed the policy and they no longer replace the wipers. They were expensive and we only got them because of the replacement plan. I don't appreciate company's who pull this stunt. My insurance company uses them but I would never go back if I had the choice. I certainly won't be buying wiper blades from them.

Had an appointment with them got there early, they told us 2-3 hours. Waited there for 3 hours noticed the car hasn’t moved. Went up to see what was going on they told us they were behind and wanted us to wait another 3 hours! They didn’t let us know at all while sitting there that it would be so long so we wasted our time and they did nothing for it. Terribly ran place again.

What a joke this company is. Absolutely no customer service. Was told an appointment was set between 12-5 (what a great time frame) no one contacted me or showed up after I had already taken time off of work. To only get a phone call 2 days later saying they cannot replace my windshield because the car is too old. When they were out here 2 months ago with everything they needed to get the job done but unforeseen rust had to be fixed, which got fixed. Waste of time dealing with this company. You do not have to use them you can use any glass company you choose, unfortunately I just went with whatever insurance had picked. Wrong choice there. DO NOT USE!

With Safelite working on direct billing with my insurance company and able to come right to my house it looked like a better choice. When they told me that I could get a real OEM windshield, I was sold. Our technician, Nicholas, arrived right on time and did a great job installing the OEM windshield, as promised. We had a bad experience in the past and it was so refreshing to have everything go well.

Quick service, updates given, and Craig gave clear instructions on caring for the windshield after it was switched out. The convenience of not having to contact my insurance company myself is an appreciated plus!

Friendly, efficient staff. Nice waiting area with wi-fi. We walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Recommended by our insurance agent, and they exceeded our expectations. No problems whatsoever.

Dropped off van early in morning, then went to pick up before closing, assuming all went well, because no calls all day, just to be told, (even after having the same window replaced previously this year,) they ordered wrong window. Rescheduled for later in week, just to be told wrong date, ON the date scheduled.. Keep in mind that my husband and I both work full time and have about 30 min one way to get to their shop. This is after having to go through there phone/answering system, that continues to disconnect calls, and you will NOT get the shop you are dealing with, only the main line that who knows where they are located.. After all that, the manager did give a discount, and they came to our location to install. I went back and forth with 2 or 3 stars, the manager did try to compensate, but their system needs some serious work!

While driving on the Turnpike a car in front of me drifted over to the shoulder and kicked up some rocks. One hit my windshield. The next morning, I noticed that the windshield had a chip about the size of a quarter. I called Safelite & was able to get an appointment that same day in the Leesburg location. I was taken within a few minutes of my appointment. Nate, took a look at the chip and said that he would try his best to fix it. When my car was returned, it was hard to see where the chip was. It looked like it had never been chipped at all. Great Job Nate!

Seth went above and beyond today. I had 2 chips so close together he was afraid the repair would not take and it would make it worse. After discussing our options we decided to try anyway. He had to make the chip larger so they connected and spent more time than usual but you can’t even see the chips now. Saved me literally $1000.00 because my car has those expensive cameras systems making replacements expensive. He could have just said nope and let me pay for a replacement but he was upfront with risks but we decided to try.

Initially was scheduled to come it at 8am, drove 30 minutes after taking off work only to be told the windshield they had for me was damaged. They still tried to get me to take it! I said no, and asked them to call me when they got a new one in. I called a week later and they said they couldn’t order my windshield without me making an appointment. So I made an appointment and waited until the new windshield came in. I dropped my car off the night prior to my appointment and it wasn’t done until around 5:00 the next day. Thankfully the tech was very nice and did a great job. However, I was asked to pay a deductible more than once! I’m glad I have my windshield and this is all over. If you must use safelite I would choose another office. I’ve used safelite a number of times and never experienced this.

My appointment was a, 9:30 bring your car and leave it appointment. In other words we will squeeze it in if you're lucky. At 4:10 I receive a text message that my work has started. This location is 30 minutes from my home. Then at 5:00 I receive a phone call that my car is ready! However they close at 5:00. Can't get my car back until tomorrow. I had also asked the young lady at the desk to let the person know that I had a sticker on my windshield that I needed to keep. When I picked the car up the sticker was not in the car. I mentioned this to the same young lady and she said to me. "I told them" and went on with her work. Very dissatisfied!

Sebastian was out this AM and did a fantastic job with our Mini windshield. Safelite is always our goto when we need any auto glass replaced.

Impressed with their efficiency and tools to do the windshield replacement job.Unfortunately they did not have software to update the cameras for the safety features for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I did not like having to scheduling this with a Jeep dealer. This is one factor why I chose Safe Lite and they failed this expectation.

Warning! Take pictures of your whole car before you leave it. Take the pictures with the tech even to protect yourself.They scrapped a brand new 2023 down to the metal in several spots around the windshield and lines on the hood.They suggested touch up paint. Uh no.. my insurance nor my lawyer will go for that. BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL will be notified.SCAM ARTISTSThey tried to collect $500 after doing the work and claimed it was a deductible. No notice before the work, and the insurance company usually handles that fee…#1 in FLORIDA ITS FREE#2 a brand new car and the insurance company put a Toyota windshield in for free…I had several texts and emails that there was no charge.They originally made the appointment for a mobile appointment at my house and called that morning with a outlandish excuse. Unprofessional, disappointment.
