"I would like to share my experience with Electronics ER in Leesburg. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this business. I paid the owner to repair my surround sound receiver, and he kept it for a year. During that time, I went to the shop weekly to inquire about its status, but he always had an excuse for the delay. Finally, he informed me that the repair was complete, and I picked it up. However, it was still faulty when I got home and tried to use it. I took it back to the owner, who admitted that he had left a screw loose inside the receiver, causing it to short-circuit again. He promised to fix it but failed to provide any updates. When I asked for progress reports, he became hostile and told me he would fix it when he could and drop it off at my household. However, it has been ten months since then, and I have not received any updates or the repaired receiver." "We visited his shop today to inquire about the receiver and a refund. However, when my father entered the store, the shopkeeper called the cops. It's worth noting that the store hours are from 10 AM to 2 PM on Fridays. The cops arrived and were very courteous. They had a conversation with both of us and informed us that they smelled marijuana inside the shop, and the shopkeeper's vehicle tags were two years overdue. The shopkeeper came out of the store and told us he would drop off my receiver at the police station, and it's working fine. He promised to do so at 3:00 PM." We arrived at the police station on time for the exchange, but the other party was 20 minutes late. He informed the police officer, who was also at the store earlier that day that the item was in working condition. However, he made many excuses and claimed that the item was "fuzzy" and that he couldn't refund us the total $190 for services. He also said that he would arrange a money order payment through the police department, which they do not do. We took the item home, but it behaved the same as when we gave it to him a year ago. While I am uncertain about the likelihood of him making the payment, based on experience, I am hopeful he will fulfill his commitment. If he fails, we may consider exploring legal options and contacting the Better Business Bureau to seek a resolution. I even brought this man old electronics gear that I thought he would be interested in as a gift months ago. Seeing how he treated us as if we were criminals today is a joke. The police even acknowledged this to us even though their hands were tied, and they couldn't do anything because it was a civil matter. It is advisable to exercise caution when conducting business with the said individual. He takes your money and gives you excuses for why he isn't fixing your stuff.

So my laptop died and so I was searching for a place to fix it. I found this place and Justin carefully explained the possible issues and how he would proceed. Long story short he is working on it, looks like I will be able to recover my data from the old puter and have it on the new one. BUT What really impressed me is the commitment he has to the local community. He is very dedicated to his customers. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He even does hospital visits to assist them with keeping in touch with their family. I will definitely keep coming back to him!

Justin is very knowledgeable in just about anything tech when it comes to knowing the market, how parts work, what parts are needed, so just basically he knows the whole tech industry. Whether it’s gaming, coding, designing, etc. Gets the job done in great timely manner, works with you to get what you need done, and at great quality. I trust him with any electronic device I have.

Went in today because I accidentally dropped my brother in laws IPHONE and cracked the screen. Justin was absolutely AMAZING! Incredibly professional and attentive. The service only took about 15 to 20 minutes but the time went by so fast as we had such great conversation with Justin! I highly recommend this business and will refer everyone I know. Thank you, Justin for taking such great care of us today!

Knowledgeable, courteous, highly competent. I was greeted politely and promptly assured he could fix my device. While waiting only 10 minutes, I watched and listened as he professional diagnosed another customers serious device issues. I noticed his advice was geared to helping people save on their repairs.My device was repaired while I waited, no waiting for parts. Other larger stores quoted repair costs 30% more and didn’t have parts.My first time using this facility and I will be back.Other customers had high praise as well.Locally owned and operated. I recommend.
