The staff was very professional, helpful and ensured all safety checks were performed. I was greeted by a friendly smile and she made polite normal small talk. There are a few things that stood out to me that were exceptional about this location:
The bathroom, although accessible from outside the building was air conditioned, clean, and had quality toilet paper. It had the small touches that make a bathroom welcoming like nice hand soap. We all have to go at times, and being able to use a clean, comfortable bathroom really is one of those that says a lot about an establishment.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and really seemed to appreciate the management at the location. These are the kind of places that have the best employees.

I have rented from this location before and I used this location again because of the staff. Sydney is amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to get the right equipment needed for this move. Jamie is also outstanding and fantastic to work with and she even remembered me from our last rental which was almost 3 years ago. Both of these ladies are always extremely helpful and also happy to help you. Their customer service is the best!

Jamie was very helpful. It started with a huge smile when we arrived. After the greeting she helped us with the trailer, even hand moving it to give us a better angle to hook it up. Thank you Jamie

Company is all Good. But my truck ? hade horrible vibration between 30 to 50 Miles/hour. Needs to be resolved.

The store is clean and well-organized. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I had questions prior to pick-up and the employee was very helpful in answering my questions.
