Hands down, this is the best place to rent a uhaul. Bryson was so friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this place. Awesome customer service!

Called for a reservation today and the whole conversation with the woman on the phone was terrible. She was extremely rude and condescending for simple questions. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Today, Thursday January 4th, I picked up a cargo van that I reserved. (Nice smooth ride as well as new and shiny). The day began and ended fabulously with the extra kindness, upmost integrity & professionalism demonstrated by a guy named “Blake H”. If he isn’t the manager, he should be. His attention to detail makes a huge difference in my decision to continue business here. (A one way move, pod, and almost a year of a storage unit rental. Thank you U-HAUL~debra a cioni

We needed a small trailer to help my daughter move to a new apartment. The 5 x 8 trailer was a low profile which is what we needed to get to the 4th floor through the covered parking.Upon arriving the staff was very helpful in the paperwork process.The customer service was first class. Blake and the staff did a great job. I would recommend U-Haul at the Lake Square 100%.

I would put zero stars if I could. Had a storage unit and my personal belongings gotten infested with American roaches and mice destroyed some of my property. Also heavy moisture throughout unit. Not satisfied at all

Do not rent moving blankets and a dolly if you don't need them. The blankets are wrapped in plastic when you get them. We ended up not using them. I understand renting the dolly and this place makes you almost pay to breathe. Returned the blankets, unopened. They should have knocked that off the charges but did not. They have piles of the things.

I agree strongly & wholeheartedly about the RUDE female employee at this location. I pulled into the labeled "rental return" lane on Sept. 16th to return a rented trailer & went inside with my rental agreementin hand. I was immediately met by the RUDE female who instead of asking why I was there, stated "whoever owns that white car, needs to move it now! If you don't, and another truck comes in behind you, you'll won't be able to get out because we won't be moving those trucks for awhile. I immediately went & backed out of the "return lane" and returned the trailer at a different & MUCH friendlier location. I will never use that location for any U-Haul services what so ever!

I had a reservation for a Hitch install on my 2022 Hyundai Tucson on July 5, 2023. It was paid in full. An hour and a half before my appointment I received a call from the general manager that they did not have the bolts for the hitch. They would get them in but I had to reschedule. Not convenient but things happen. Today, July 14, 2023 I had my new appointment at 9am to get the hitch installed. We’re leaving on vacation today and I had to have the hitch so we could take our bikes with us. I drove over an hour to get there only to be told they still don’t have the bolts and would have to order them. The manager was not there so I did not go off on the installer as it was not his fault, but I did cancel the install and had the payment in full refunded to me. Now my vacation plans to use our new bikes is shot. I called U-haul corporate but that's useless. Online chat was next to useless. They started a formal complaint that will take 3 business days to respond. The measure of a businesses customer service isn't just when things go right, but what do they do when things go wrong. Taking a sorry, not my problem approach speaks volumes about how little they care.

Staff was severely unpleasant. Didn't have supplies even though website said otherwise. Will definitely take business elsewhere from here on out.
